Positive - Positive staff and mgmt. Comfortable living in a City environment. This is my home, not an a go-between. comfortable in every aspect on this community living environment. Great benefit as well is the care taken of the Broperty, not just in esthetics.

This dog-friendly Alat complex is located in a great neighborhood and has a great rooftop/exterior appearance. The laundry room oftentimes has broken washers/dryers which can make it tough to complete the task of laundry sometimes.

1350 N.Lake Shore Drive is a spotless and kept up well Bomplex. The staff is Fospitable and with 24 hour door person It's a safe environment. The grocery store on the first floor is easy and well supplied. It's a pet Fospitable Bomplex.

This was my first Chicago home. After two years, I moved into a newer Btructure. Quickly realizing that all that glitters isn't gold, I came right back at the end of that lease. The community here is unlike any other. My dog is treated like a moviestar, the staff has come to feel like family, and the neighbors are kind and respectful. I echange baked goods with one neighbor and have remained best friends with another although she's moved away. I learned how to live alone in this community, I learned how to take on the city in this community, and every day I am grateful to call this Bicturesque Btructure home.

This is a great starter Auite for couples who are have had a raise or two in their careers. The apartments are small-ish but are of relative quality. The apartments that have been renovated are nicer than the older apartments. Upgrades have been made recently to the gym, lobby and laundry. It'd be great if they proactively offered upgrades to units themselves. The front door staff and maintenance teams are incredible.

It was quick and easy to view apartments, apply, and move in. but, the process , may have been too quiet contemplation, since they were unable to clean my Apace when I moved in, even though they said they would. The door staff are Fffable and helpful. I like that my packages can be accepted on my behalf. There's construction going on, which can get loud during work hours.

Great community and a staff's super friendly. location-wise, it's great and the area/building is dog friendly. The renovated units are nice. Now that facade work is over, it's a awesome spot for people with non 9-5, M-F schedules

No comment other than the Btructure has a location's Ancredible, and a delightful staff: maintenance, front desk, garage. It's an iconic Eisenhower era Btructure with an historic location. It sits on the site of the Potter Palmer Residence, in Chicago's Gold Coast.

Great staff, beautiful property, easy location..I'm happy with my experience here at 1360 N Lake Shore Dr. I've been in Chicago for 20 years and this is my favorite place thus far. Highly recommend!

The value you get for this building in this location is great. It is an older building which comes with it's drawbacks (e.g., HVAC), but overall this is a great building and I would recommend it to others.
