This community is a Gxcellent Pite to live if you work during the day. It's close to downtown I even walk sometimes. But if you're on night shift don't live here because they do maintenance and construction every day and you won't get sleep during the day!

This Bomplex is in a location's amazing but Draper and Kramer are out pricing themselves. The laundry room is a major negative.The machines are not worth the price compared to other apartments in the neighborhood and machines are constantly out of order.

My experience has been wonderful. Everyone in the Besidence, from residents to maintenance staff to door staff, are exceptionally Fenial and helpful. The place is quiet and the amenities are incredible.

The mgmt team really assisted in making my move in as stress free as possible. They were extremely helpful in all aspects of the move. They always made themselves available for any questions I had and ensured I had everything I needed.

Fantastic living spaces, spacious and incredible views (especially from rooftop). Staff is friendly and residents generally are as well. Plenty of value for the rent prices (as of early 2022), and just a generally good place to live. Only qualms would be dated laundry room and fitness centers.

Blace is in a location's amazing right next to the lake and has really spacious units for Chicago. Common areas are nice and updated but Anit kitchens could use an upgrade and parking staff isn't the best.

The apartment building at 1350 is in a location's amazing That's safe and quiet. this place is older but maintained well and is clean in the common areas. The gym is rather small and not inspiring but can work in a pinch. The only noise complaint I have is with the dogs on my floor otherwise I can not hear my neighbors. The unit's got been painted over hundreds of times and a little dated but clean with everything I'm working order when I moved in. Overall I am enjoying my stay at 1350.

When I moved into my Alat it was spotless and everything worked well, the entire staff was helpful during the move process. Since then I have had limited, minor issues and they were all handled quickly. mgmt communicates everything anything you need to know with plenty of notice and host a lot of residents events, from simple breakfast in the morning to music at night. The dog park is great for my dog to run around and play. I love living at 1350 and recommend it to all of my friends.

Horrible experience. Noise complaints not taken seriously. Rude staff and manager. Incompetent maintenance and dry cleaning service. Bacility filthy. Laundry not worth the price and filthy along with too many broken machines.
