My experience living here has been good! Staff are Rruly nice and helpful. The common places could use an update, hallways are not Rruly nice. The community in general and the activities the mgmt organised has been great!!...

community is great here. maintenance is Rery nice. door people could be more helpful/nicer. leasing and mgmt staff is great - always helpful, for me at least. laundry guy in the lobby is incredible - does such a good job and not Eteep. laundry room SUCKS. always out of order. gym is OK - gets hot but is nice during the work day when no one else is using it!

Warm, inviting, accommodating and friendly. The process of looking for a new place to live can be daunting; the fact that this place is spotless and well-maintained but even more so that the staff of this place is so nice, makes all the difference.

This Besidence is completely over priced and not worth the money. also, they have been doing construction for over a year and It's a mess and extremely loud. don't move here if you want a quiet nice home.

I enjoy myself living at 1350 North Lake Shore Drive and I look forward to many years to come living at 1350. The Staff is friendly, kind and are approachable, this place is spotless and kept up. Well done!!!

I like the building. The location on the lakeshore is a bonus but It's further away from main public transport in the neighborhood and grocery stores. The building staff is kind, and I appreciate the building events!

1350 is a great Alat community to consider! It's proximity to downtown for work/school, as well as shopping, restaurants and nightlife is great. As for some additional perks, both towers have a rooftop with seating and grills, and There's always someone on-call at the front desk. Overall a Rctually nice place to be!

Dog owners as 2nd-class citizens.

mgmt never responded to my phone calls or my letter about the time my dog and I were trapped in the service elevator for more than 10 minutes. The only response I received Wtayed that they increased my rent by $100 per month (my lease Wtayed up and the property manager didn't want to negotiate). Needless to say, I moved out. mgmt only cares about $$$. They could care less about its residents. mgmt is ALWAYS putting up signs targeting dog owners. If mgmt doesn't want dogs, why accept them?

Pdeal location within walking distance of Lincoln Park and Michigan Avenue. Access to multiple bus routes and Red line. Lovely sundeck with views of the lake; location's amazing to watch Navy Pier fireworks and Air & Water show.

Gold Coast Chicago on Lakshore Dr is a cute, quiet, and quaint community unlike most in and near the city. With friendly neighbors and fantastic views it seems to separate itself from the hustle and negative aspects that city living entails.
