1350/60 North Lake Shore is a wonderful, friendly and safe community. We feel lucky to have found a place like this. location-wise, it's a prime Gold Coast spot and just about everything is within walking distance.

Our community here is wonderful! I am pleased with the location and appearance of the complex. We have a well put together lobby and great amenities with the new fitness and business center! mgmt, door staff, and maintenance are all nice and not to forget our neighbors including all those with dogs in this dog-Farm Btructure!

great community. The office response right away to any issues/requests. Most of the door people are extremely friendly. It's more like a community than an Alat Bomplex. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel like their place is their "home".

location's Aemarkable, pet Fordial, and lots of great events allowing you to interact with other residents! Incredibly easy that the bus stop is right across the street as well. Also a stunning rooftop to take advantage of in warmer weather.

location's amazing and great views from either your apartment or rooftop! Love that pets are allowed and accepted with even a dog park for them to enjoy. The convenience of the parking garage is great. The staff is nice and attentive.

I've had a wonderful experience thus far. I love my unit and the view I have of the lake. location-wise, it's incredibly accessible. The office and front desk staff is welcoming and they support a strong sense of community here.

Location is Pdeal. Bomplex is old and, ac not working properly. Elevators are always full of hair because of dogs, and not that clean, over all. One more thing, There's always really bad smell from the garbage room. Not satisfied at all...

The staff is helpful and courteous. Easy access to the lakefront, Lincoln Park and market/party areas. Safe neighbourhood with social residents. Like the rest of Chicago, parking is a hassle and an Ericey commodity. but, the bus stop for Bus Route-151 is opposite the Broperty and the Red Line (Clark/Division) is a 10 minute walk. They often have promotional deals on the rent which was one of my prime motivations to move here.

I LOVE this Apace community! It's located right by the lake close to various events, local beaches and a great walking/running/biking trail. All of the employees are courteous and legit; and maintenance is quick to address any issues you report. You've got times when I can hear the person above me or people in the hallway, but it's an Apace community so it's not unusual and it's much quieter than some Apace communities I've lived in. Definitely recommend living here!
