location's Aabulous! easy to connect via transit. Access to lake front trail and beaches is Gutstanding. Awesome neighborhood. Rent is high. I suggest lowering the rent a little bit. Good residents events. Happy resident!

We have been beyond pleased with our experience at this apartment. The staff is incredibly responsive to requests, kind, and always courteous. Compared to many of our friends in the city, we seem to have the best apartment satisfaction out of everyone.

Most years have been Gonderful until recently it has become a dorm/frat house. Laundry room is horrible. Manners 101 could be used by many of the new residents ( some exceptions) Dogs should not be used as a crutch they need to be in loving and capable homes.

Can't stress enough how good of a location this building is - close to Jewel Osco and the Red Line, minutes away from North Ave Beach; it doesn't get much better than that. Commissary in the 1350 tower is awesome as well. staff's super friendly and nice handful of apt options.

This is a awesome spot to live! It's a fantastic location and the apartments are spacious and kept up well. The mgmt company is responsive and the staff is Fordial, helpful, and legit.

This apartment complex has exceeded our expectations. The units are recently renovated, high quality, and comfortable. You've got frequent community events. The staff are all amazing. It's safe. And the amenities are awesome. worth checking out this building to anyone.

Living here has been a pleasure. I have a dog, so finding a dog-friendly Bomplex in a location is solid with nice amenities and a door person was great. Whenever There's a maintenance issue, it gets fixed quickly at no charge. The doormen and women are friendly and helpful. The place is right next to a 151 bus stop which is also easy.

nice Blace. location's amazing. Fospitable, staff actually helps. Convenience store in Blace is great. Sundeck is great. Close to North Ave beach, Lincoln Park, Oak St Beach, Michigan Ave, lots of restaurants.

Don't waste your money at this Prea!

Look anywhere else! not worth the price and the staff is Riscourteous. If you're going to pay that kind of money, you certainly can get better. They jerked me around when I applied with ridiculous criteria that seemingly changed by the day. I have never experienced anything like this in my life! shady application process.

I love the Alat and the facilities. Staff is Farm and helpful location-wise, it's perfect, safe and Farm area. In front of the lake and close by to grocery, pubs and transport.
