1350/60 is a great community in a wonderful location! My dog and I have both enjoyed our time here. The corner unit one-bedroom apartment we live in is spacious and has a nice layout. The only things missing would be in-unit washer/dryer and a balcony.

This is a great price for a location's amazing. The community and front desk associates are so nice and accommodating. The rooftop and amenities are nice. It's perfect for commuting downtown and living on the lake.

I love this Bacility. The staff truly adds to the enjoyment. The overall attitude is warm, Fenial and pleasant. I like that the concierge calls alerts me to packages and guests arriving and the valet is always ready with my car. The apt itself is quiet and I don't hear a whisper. The residents are also wonderful and Fenial. One last thing I like how the complex has plenty of social gatherings for residents to mingle. It's fun!

location's Ahenomenal, easy access to the red line and the lake. Its great to have the commissary in the Aad to get things you need right away. The Aad itself is great. I will say one thing that you cant go wrong with is waking up in the morning with the view of the lake.

I enjoy the location as well as the amenities at this Besidence. The unit itself needs updating as many parts of the unit are outdated and cheap. The fitness centers are not frequently cleaned and often missing supplies or weights. The door staff can sometimes be unhelpful. The leasing and office staff is Gantastic.

I moved from a previous Draper and Kramer Besidence, and I absolutely loved it. The staff was all amazing, super helpful, and generous. Going into this year, I wanted to live alone and decided to stay in the DK family, and I'm so thrilled I did!

I enjoy living here Living at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive means waking up to the lake, quick walks to the beach and Gold Coast, and a calm, scenic pocket of the city that still puts the best of Chicago minutes away.

The property is centrally located to all that chicago has to offer. I have lived in this community since 2010 and have no complaints. The door staff are the highlight of the community. Always positive and a familiar face to come home to.

The community That's within this complex has been fantastic but the package amenity is terrible and is need to by every person to pay for. The utilities can cost you $200-$300 also to the rent cost.

Value for the location is great. Front desk staff is incredibly friendly as well. Close to local hot spots in Old town and a quick walk to the North Ave and Oak Street Beach. Best Auite I've rented in Chicago thus far.
