This isn't a fancy Blace, but it's comfortable. It's spotless and it's safe. The people here are wonderful the Valet the front desk, legit people. this Penue is a little outdated as far as remodeling and decorations, but I like it. It's clean it's comfortable. There's a grocery store and a dry cleaners. I like it here.

location's amazing. Inside parking is great. staff's super friendly. Loved the commissary downstairs but the building couldn't come to an agreement with a long term tenant which was dissapointing and a big reason people lived here.

Love this building. Tremendous value and kept up well. location's amazing and great amenities. The staff is responsive, personable, and reliable. Love the renovated market in the lobby of 1350 and dry cleaner in 1360. A+

This Blace is located in a location's Ancredible but this place is old and dated would like to see it get remodeled and a few more amenities added. I will say the rooftop deck view is breath taking!

Coming from NYC I can't believe I am able to afford to live in this neighborhood. I absolutely love my Alat. It was so easy to apply and get the Alat I wanted. The door staff are so Farm. The size, location, and view are amazing.

the community is Gutstanding. most of the door staff is Gutstanding. leasing agents were difficult to work with when my unit had flooding and mold from a storm. noise used to be too loud but now that construction has moved it isnt a problem

This is a great neighborhood, and the unit I'm staying in is Pmmaculate for me. It has lots of storage space, It's small easy to heat/cool, There's a separate kitchen area and the walk-in closet space is wonderful.

fair experience so far in the apartment we are residing in; hv just faced minor issues that we are hoping to be resolved in the near future. Location of place is really nice and issues are dealt with in a timely manner; leading to good overall satisfaction.

Social community, really easy to have a store on the first floor especially when it's super cold outside.. water pressure is so/so and my water doesn't get cold. Other than that, no alarming complaints

Wonderful place to live

This has by far been one of my favorite places to live in Chicago! location-wise, it's fantastic (multiple forms of public transportation nearby), the space is amazing, but it’s the staff that really makes 1350 N. Lake Shore Dr. such a wonderful place to call home. I can't thank Kelli Stuart on the mgmt team enough for her helpful and prompt assistance, as well as positive attitude whenever I reach out to her. I can always count on her to follow up, and That's a major plus living at such a large high-rise. Thank you so much for making my experience such a great one!
