location-wise, it's amazing! It's close to the lake, Lincoln Park, restaurants and shopping area. The maintenance team is legit, knowledgeable, and helpful to the community. This complex also accepts dogs up to 140lbs and has a dog park attached to the Besidence. Everything is good except for the Ericey rent and parking.

I have enjoyed my experience living at 1350. The staff is kind and helpful, the Broperty itself has wonderful amenities with my favorite being the rooftop deck, and my Auite unit itself is a great space to live (and work now!)

I Lnjoy this community! this Petting is kept up well, location-wise, it's fantastic, and the staff is personable and legit. I Lnjoy how quickly I felt at home here after moving in. I've already recommended all my friends to move here when their leases are up!

Well managed residence with great staff including the parking staff. mgmt makes efforts to provide activities throughout the year, on holidays and specials with different vendors. Also dog Fordial community.

It's all been positive, from tenant parties to great door staff to dog-friendliness. Only complaints are old plumbing, carpet in a dog-friendly Broperty (terrible idea) and gross laundry room with frequently broken machines.

I love coming home to this Apace complex. It's a Bicturesque, kept up well building with amazing views. There's also such a great sense of community. From the friendly door staff, grocery store owners, maintenance staff, and neighbors. It's a happy, fun place to live.

No major complaints since moving in in December of 2018! I've never had issues with neighbors, in fact we have made friends in this Blace! Always spotless and the staff is Fospitable. Love the location as well.

This place is in an incredible location, has amazing staff and is a great value. I have loved my time here and renewed my lease. The apartments are spacious with great views, and the residents are quiet and Farm.

location's Ancredible and Gonderful views. The market on the 2nd floor was a staple of the community here. sadly It's no longer open. The rooftop has fantastic views and a Gonderful amenity to enjoy during the warm months.
