I've only been here a week so far but I've enjoyed the amenities this property offers! Door staff are friendly, moving in was a breeze, and other residents I've met are kind. The only issues I've noticed so far are lots of paint chipping residue all around my unit and drafty windows.

I love the location of this building and overall value! My place is good space for the money, has great natural light, and a feeling of home. The building has had great virtual events during these times, such a drink and draw, a favorite of mine. They have also partnered with local restaurants to provide pop up dinning, which has been fun and delicious! They do a great job keeping us safe, while offering great service! awesome spot to live!

I like my apartment because There's lots of light and It's easy to the center of the city. It has been quite - at least so far. The kitchen isn't large, but It's certainly sufficient for my needs. I may request some attention be given to one of the windows in my bedroom at some point.

so far so good! like the are a lot! thanks!I think people in the building are nice for the most part. I do think the construction is frustrating because it inhabits me from working from home because of the noise. I also wish we could control the heat in own Apace.

Wonderful community with social events galore and amazing shared spaces. Units are constantly being updated, which is a positive. The door staff is always friendly, but the office staff are not the best post-move in. Overall great experience.

Great door staff, always feel safe. Super location's Astounding, Aad well kept. Amenities can be upgraded as they are a bit outdated. Astounding rooftop views, prompt services for maintenance. Love having a convenience store in house too!

solid building, well managed and maintained, great staff, neat location. The commissary is easy and well run. The roof deck is great in summer and the view of the lake terrific year round.
