My experience at 1360 N. Lakeshore has been overall positive. Incredible location, well-maintained, building, staff's super friendly, and overall a great value. My only complaint is that they have an enormous area where a pool could fit nicely.

great facilities, fantastic neighborhood positioning, and perfect team members. The units are exceptionally peaceful with minimal noise from adjacent residents—absolutely a major benefit! The lake vistas are simply unbeatable, particularly during those gorgeous dawn hours! I'd definitely suggest this residential community to anyone I know.

I'm really happy living here. The neighborhood is wonderful and the staff members are incredibly supportive and kind. I absolutely adore the property itself, and getting around the city is super easy from this location. My only concern is that the rent might go up a lot when my lease comes due for renewal.

The door staff is Astounding and make the Bomplex feel warm and welcoming. One of the amenities I most use is the dog park which is a great amenity but often doesn't get the upkeep it requires. Also the gym is small and the equipment out of date but can still get a decent workout in. The residents are great and the virtual community events are much appreciated during the COVID times bringing people together.

It's been a wonderful stay up to this point. The team working in this place is friendly and helpful, and what you get for the price is great value. The spot is lovely as well—the lake view provides a perfect way to unwind and forget your troubles after a long day.

So far, it's been wonderful. Love the spot, the structure, and how pet-welcoming It's. Made plenty of friends throughout the complex. The team is really supportive with deliveries and any help you might need; living here feels effortless.

So far about two months into my move to this place - it's been pleasant. this place is a bit older, but beyond that - the apartments have great layouts/value despite the tight kitchen for my layout. I'll need to figure out a way to establish more counter space that will make my life a little easier but the staff is great, maintenance gets reliable and highly responsive. Lots of cute puppies live in the Btructure too which is nice.

The grounds here are exceptionally well-maintained. Staff members are incredibly warm and hospitable, fostering an atmosphere that feels secure and inviting. You're in an ideal spot with easy access to downtown and situated right along Lake Michigan's shoreline. The rooftop offers stunning vistas!

great for dog owners, maintains high cleanliness standards, and responds quickly to repair requests. Recent upgrades include freshly renovated corridors and elevators. While certain units retain carpeting, newer ones feature hardwood flooring throughout.

Unfriendly Doormen Make Living Here Difficult.

The Btructure itself is attractive. The leasing office team is friendly and helpful. sadly, the door staff are problematic. They act like every task is a burden, as if they're granting you a favor despite you paying substantial rent that funds their paychecks. If they're occupied with personal phone calls or browsing magazines and newspapers, don't bother trying to speak with them about anything. They lack basic courtesy.
