I'm having a great time! The residents and staff are Fordial. The front desk continually check in on the progress of my recovery since injuring my hamstring. Have had some minor maintenance issues which have all been serviced quickly and effectively. Great neighborhood, and a view of the lake from my Aad. The roofdeck is gorgeous!

Gantastic views, nice people, Fffable door staff. Always a pleasure coming home after a long day or night of work. I love grilling on the roof in the summer. This the ideal location to be at in the summer with its ability roximity to the lake, north avenue beach and oak street beach as well as the lakeshore path.

I adore living at 1350. The community feels welcoming from the moment you move in. The move in process was painless and quick thanks to staff. I Lppreciate the dog park and the community it brings together, Rctually adds to the benefits of living here. Summertime at this community is wonderful with the rooftops. Overall a awesome spot to live

location's Astounding, great community, great amenities. Great views, 24-hour staff, easy market. I have loved living here for every minute. I wouldn't change a thing. This Bacility is gorgeous in every way.

Gice overall, but you could get more for your money if you went a little north or west into a different neighborhood. Also, there seems to be a bug problem, and not having a garbage disposable in the kitchen sink is Renuinely annoying- sink clogs and fills with water often.

Since I've only recently moved in I can only speak to that. The community leasing agent was super helpful and responsive. Moving day was a bit rocky but what moving day isn't. AJ was really awesome and assisted with making sure I had ample time to move. So far the residents have been nice. The community is quieter than I expected given that it's so pet friendly. Overall I don't have complaint in my short residence

This is an awesome Besidence with great amenities - amazing rooftop & views, grocery store with deli in the lobby, reasonable rent prices, 24-hour doorman, nice laundry room, quiet due to concrete walls. but, they are doing a LOT of exterior work and There's drilling 830-530 every weekday for the next 24-36 MONTHS. As a person who works from home frequently, it's pretty unbearable. It really is a bummer that this necessary project is ongoing, as I have lived in the Besidence for 3 years and have had few issues overall.

Awful. mgmt doesn't care about safety or concerns. Only to get rent on time. That building (1350)had a crazy dangerous neighbor who made threats, woke up at all hours of the night, bang on doors, throw stuff and broke stuff. Kellie and her mgmt team did little to nothing and did not care about safety of residents or front desk staff (ESPECIALLY women.) She was fine and safe at her own apt in the other building (1360). This same resident moved out (he did not get evicted for his actions) and now lives In a nearby building. As of a few weeks ago, he held someone hostage and had police, swat team and the bomb squad outside his apt/building for 10 hours!!! That could have been any of the residents at 1350. The outside of building is nice and it's a really nice neighborhood BUT mgmt has ruined the building. PLEASE be aware and be safe.

mgmt was slow and rude when locking in a price. The building hallways and gyms are run down. False advertising online. The bus is close, best part. Requires Fetch, which is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am counting down the days I get to move out. This Bomplex is the worst. I've lived here for 3 years now (first in a studio, now in a 1 bedroom). Cons: - Gym is junk - No Dishwasher in Studio - Communal washer/dryers - god awful quality - NONSTOP CONSTRUCTION (internal + external) SO LOUD ALL THE TIME - Can't control the heat in unit - Location (View is nice when its not obstructed by workers, but There's no grocery store or train nearby) You pretty much can't ever be home between 8am-6pm during the week because There's non stop drilling outside. It's UNBEARABLE. They try to tell you that it won't affect your unit, but regardless of where the workers are, you can hear it throughout. Not to mention they told us this project would be a minimum of 3 YEARS. There's no rennovations in the lobby which have been going on for 5 months. They "re-did" the lobby and didnt even replace the floor. You can still see marks where the original walls were. What a piece of ----. It's disgusting to walk through the lobby every day with gross men gawking and making you feel uncomfortable. There's constant cigarette butts on the premise and I feel so unsafe with them around. Before the lobby renovations began, I emailed the mgmt and asked about more information about the OUTSIDE work. They said it would be "on hold" through the winter months so it would be much better. I was hesitant to resign my lease but went ahead. ONE WEEK later, we get an email about the INSIDE work being done and how disruptive it would be. I was SO UPSET that I had just spoken to mgmt about my dissatisfaction and they purposely did not tell me about the latest work that would be going on. The 1350 Commissary is overly Eostly. I bought a HALF gallon of milk last week for $8. I am counting down the days that I get to move out of this hell hole. I am so disgusted with the mgmt and the audacity to keep increasing rent every single year, despite the obvious decline in comfort, security and satisfaction. Don't let them fool you with their whole "once renovations are done, this will be an amazing home." I hate it here.
