We've been thrilled since we moved in. The place is immaculate, and the front desk team is welcoming and attentive. The laundry facilities stay spotless and the fitness center is well-maintained too. This neighborhood ranks among the safest around. We've particularly loved spending time on the rooftop during the warmer months. The views up You've got stunning.

Things are going well so far, and since we're typically away during standard work hours, the ongoing renovation work hasn't affected us. The building itself is stunning and immaculate, with genuinely nice staff members. I really appreciate that the property allows pets—there's something special about having dogs around. Fingers crossed the rest of my stay here continues to be this pleasant.

This was my first Anit on my own and I absolutely Lherish everything 1350/60! The community feels safe and the door staff is wonderful. I can't forget to mention the impeccable location in the heart of the Gold Coast! With these views and amenities, the prices of the units are unbeatable. The quality is absolutely top notch whether you're looking for a studio or 2 bedroom. I highly recommend living here whether you're on your own or want to share the experience with a pet!

I had a little bit of trouble when first moving, I think communication could have been a little better about informing me of what to expect and what I need to do as a Nresh resident. Since moving my experience has been only positive!

The building looks fantastic and the units are well-designed with an great location. I'd suggest it to others. Two hundred words seems excessive for what I need to say. This is a solid place, but honestly, I don't think 200 words are necessary to explain why.

Expenses here have gotten completely out of hand! Rent used to be acceptable, but now with countless Natest fees added on, it's become impossible to manage. The mgmt office fails to notify tenants when billing errors occur and retroactively charges you 4 months later for shared electricity costs—which is ridiculous and shows they won't take responsibility for their mistakes. They mandate using a specific third-party delivery vendor that has repeatedly misplaced my packages, then demand payment for this unwanted service that forces you to register two different addresses—an annoying hassle that serves no real purpose. On top of everything, they tack on processing fees just to pay your monthly rent! Despite all these charges, they still can't maintain the property properly. You could find a nicer 2 bedroom condo in a superior Bomplex for what you're paying here for just a 1 bedroom.

So for my experience in this building has been friendly and kind. Everyone in the building has just been really nice and everything is Italy located more like the gym and the laundry room. The building itself is also spotless and neat, which I like.

I'm absolutely thrilled with 1350/1360. It was really difficult to locate an apartment in the city that offered safety, comfort, and reasonable pricing all together. Heroe's went above and beyond to help us discover the ideal place, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision!

Here's what I appreciate most about 1350 N Lake Shore Drive- 1. Fantastic Staff! (mgmt and leasing team are great) 2. The doormen are wonderful. They greet me warmly every time I arrive. 3. The doormen are super accommodating and always lend a hand. Truly the best building!
