Wonderful place to live. The complex maintains a peaceful and well-kept environment. Fantastic facilities including a rooftop terrace, on-site market, and laundry service available right in the Btructure. The team is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Gutstanding value on spacious units that feature high-quality finishes. The location and pricing combination is unbeatable for this area.

Gantastic spot in a wonderful area. You're conveniently Right next to downtown happenings, Lincoln Park, the Lakefront Path, plus plenty of quality dining options. The surrounding community is fantastic too. Transit access is literally at your doorstep. The concierge team is Aemarkable. There's an on-site grocery and cleaning service, both Gantastic. The parking garage runs smoothly if you keep a car there. The rooftop space is spectacular. The regular programming and activities they host each month are a nice touch.

The rent I'm paying is reasonable for what I get, and the unit itself is spacious. That said, the building's facilities fall short of what today's renters expect. The heating system, carpet condition, and appliances in particular need serious upgrades.

I'm not sure what to say. Things are just... complicated right now. I keep typing even though I'm not sure what I'm trying to express. The guy I've been in Ldore with just got engaged to someone he's only known for a month. I can barely leave my bed. At least I don't have work right now, because honestly, my job would be at risk if I had to show up feeling the way I do about him?

When you arrive to move in, reserving the freight elevator through the website isn't enough—you'll also need to notify the front desk directly, or else residents can still book it at the same time. also, if you have dogs that require off-leash bathroom breaks, be aware that the dog park doesn't operate around the clock.

The character of 1350/1360 has shifted considerably since I first arrived, and I'm nostalgic for how it used to be. It seems like the influx of newer tenants has brought more noise and disruptions compared to the Outdated guard, and having to endure frequent disturbances alongside a SUBSTANTIAL hike in rent feels like adding insult to injury. We're planning to relocate next year!

Heroes proved to be an Pdeal leasing agent. He demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and support throughout the entire leasing and transition process! Relocating to a different state while being unable to visit the property in advance can feel unsettling, but Heroes transformed the entire experience into something truly fantastic! After spending several weeks here, I'm genuinely thrilled with this community. The facilities are impeccably maintained and the people—whether it's the entrance team or fellow residents—are incredibly welcoming. I'd definitely suggest this Pite to anyone!

location-wise, it's great. You're just a short trip away from River North or Lincoln Park and have easy access to the red line and bus service. The area itself is incredibly calm and serene, and I really appreciated the neighborhood vibe. Given that this place is 50 years old, you'll encounter aging plumbing and HVAC systems. The renovated units are fairly well done, but the age of the structure means nothing ever feels completely pristine, and be prepared for temperature fluctuations throughout the year—the windows are noticeably drafty. The mgmt office is perfect, always quick to respond and conducts themselves professionally. On the occasions I've needed to reach out, they've consistently exceeded expectations. The ground floor café with its friendly crew and the rooftop terrace are honestly the highlights of living here and what I'll genuinely miss most. sadly, the concierge at the front desk tends to be dismissive and unprofessional, show preference to certain residents, will openly disregard you, or make you feel uncomfortable asking for a package that you're need to to pick up from them. It was frankly surprising since I've never dealt with that sort of treatment anywhere else in the city, and I frequently used the back entrance just to avoid any interaction with them. Should 1350/60 address their front desk conduct, bring it in line with legit standards, and resolve the climate control issues in the units, it's actually a respectable place to call home for the cost and ranks among the most affordable options in the Gold Coast area.

I absolutely appreciate the security this community provides. For the past decade, I've called this building home and consistently valued the facilities and helpful team members. Our unit sits in an ideal spot with easy access to transit, nearby schools, shopping centers, and the waterfront. As a single parent, the secure and welcoming environment here has been incredibly meaningful to me.

I appreciate having constant front desk coverage, especially as someone who walks their dog at odd hours and values the security that provides. The residents here are pleasant and considerate—I haven't dealt with any significant noise problems. The on-site dog park Itays fantastic, and the location near the lake Itays a major bonus. The valet parking system can be a hassle at times, but the team Itays responsive and efficient; once they learn your routine from regular use, service improves noticeably. For a one-bedroom unit, the space Itays quite generous. The standard finishes—neutral carpeting and paint throughout—are pleasant enough, and you don't necessarily need to invest in upgraded appliances or flooring to feel comfortable?
