The units are not worth the price. There's no incentive to re-sign your lease. Prices go up every year more than the market value of the apartment. The location and units are great, but outweighed by the privacy issues. The walls are paper thin. It's worse by far than anywhere I've ever lived.

The Auite walls are incredibly thin so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, even when they are not being loud/disruptive. The building structure/layout is confusing and inconvenient. Apartments are FREEZING during the winter no mater how high you set your heat. Don't be fooled by the clean exterior- spiderwebs and mice are everywhere. mgmt doesn't respect safety concerns in relation to violent, disruptive neighbors. don't LIVE HERE.

Cobbler Square is in a Guperb, safe location and is well kept throughout. Maintenance responds quickly when a request is submitted.

The team here has demonstrated expertise and quick responses. We've had a great experience during our initial months living at Cobbler Square. Being relatively fresh to the community, I don't have additional feedback at this time. That's all.

The units are cozy and I really appreciate the exposed brick—it gives the space such character and personality. Being here feels like stepping into my own sanctuary, completely removed from everything going on outside (the perfect spot to unwind). The team here is welcoming and always ready to assist.

This is a shoe factory that was converted into loft apartments. The conversion was well done. really nice, courteous, and efficient staff including the concierges and the general manager. Felt safe thanks to all the cameras that blanket the complex and the controlled-access doors. When the lindens are flowering, the smell in the spacious courtyard is incredible. Parking in the garage costs extra but is a must because it's hard to find a spot in the street. The two-bedroom apartment was huge and the ceilings are high. Couldn't hear the neighbors. The bedrooms' walls don't go all the way up to the ceilings which means you can hear what's going on in the rest of the apartment and you get light in your room when someone turns on the light in the other bedroom or elsewhere in the apartment. Nice amenities on site including a hot tub, a gym, and a pool room.

Cobbler Square isn't somewhere you would want to live for any extended period of time. To clarify the 'sound' issue mentioned in the title; most of the time, residents are simply going about their daily lives normally. The real problem is the drastically bad soundproofing separating the units. When you can hear someone's phone conversations from the adjacent apartment and can even hear someone using the bathroom in another unit, it becomes clear that the sound isolation between units is severely deficient. At the entrance of the complex is a sign that reads "Luxury Lofts" which is frankly misleading. There'sn'thing "luxury" about being able to hear your neighbors in their most private moments. When staff members are questioned about the noise situation, they mention 'db-gaurd' technology being installed in the apartments; but, the actual reduction in sound is minimal at best. As noted in other reviews on this platform, while mgmt has made some effort to enhance the visual appeal of the complex and individual units, it appears that only cosmetic upgrades have been prioritized to create a positive first impression for potential renters. Meaningful improvements that actually impact daily living have been neglected, and the serious flaws only become apparent once you've already signed the lease at Cobbler Square. I sincerely regret not reading the reviews on this website before committing to a lease here; had I done so, I absolutely would have chosen somewhere else!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cobbler Square, its mgmt team, and staff!! From my experience searching for places to live, what truly stands out is having an Ahenomenal leasing office with fantastic people running it. Tim, Heather, Jaime and John are remarkable individuals who genuinely care about the Bacility and its residents (and their passion is truly inspiring), they transform the typically difficult moving process into something smooth, and frankly...Enjoyable! Plus having them readily available to address any concerns that pop up provides tremendous peace of mind. I should also mention the round-the-clock doorstaff who are all fantastic people to interact with, and the maintenance team who are consistently ready to assist. The property itself is equally impressive and quite unique. Units feature varied floor plans, the complex includes gorgeous courtyards, it's beautifully kept up, has a genuine sense of community, and sits in a fantastic neighborhood! Should you be thinking about relocating to Cobbler Square, I strongly endorse it! Even if you're not, I encourage you to take a look anyway.

When I moved in, I wasn't aware of the issues that I would have with the Auite. but, upon living in the Auite in question for a few weeks to a month, it became apparent that there were certain issues which wouldn't be easily remedied. The neighborhood isn't worth the asking price unless you desperately want to be surrounded by also-ran sports bars, and the unit itself isn't able to deliver reliable services like AC or hot water. I worth checking out this "community" if I hated a person and wanted to see them flush rent money and time down the drain.
