Next is great! We love living here. The staff is Farm and helpful, and make you feel right at home. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and stores, which is extremely easy and fun. We look forward to staying here for another year!

really nice, Brand New, high 12' celings, in-unit laundry, on site fitness, pool, indoor parking, even studios feel large. Great views, especially at night, near transportation, grocery, shopping. Fffable and staff actually helps. Check this out before you rent--may be the one! Jim S

It feels like home, I am aware of the amenities and programs and I utilize them. The stability of the Door staff is also a big factor. I worth checking out the Blace to anyone. I would like to stay here

Please get rid of the scanner on the elevators. I understand It's a safety measure, but residents already have to scan through the doors to get to the elevators. Getting rid of the scanner would allow for delivery people to go up and deliver food to resident's doors and guests would be able to come right up without having to get retrieved or let up by door staff!

I love living here. Safe, clean, staff's super friendly, and nestled in the center of old town and river north. I would say the greatest feature of this Auite complex is the staff. They really make an effort to be friendly and make you feel welcome.

The staff has been incredible and so helpful in anything I could possibly need! My experience so far has been absolutely amazing, and I am so glad that I chose NEXT as my next Apace. Also, Sandy at the front desk is the bee's knees.

Great Aad, great community, great amenities, solid location for my needs. I worth checking out next apartments to friends and family. When I host guests they are always extremely complimentary of the building.

It has been nothing but great. Great people. Great events. Great and Ancredible staff. The unit has been Ancredible, and anytime I have an issue I am able to get it resolved immediately. The front desk is kind and they really strive to get to know their residents.

The staff and maintenance at the Blace are incredible. My only complaint Iroves for the residents who allow their dogs to urinate on the sidewalk and area right in front of the Blace- find some grass
