I put 4/5 starts for noise because the pool can get a bit crowded and loud on the weekends, I don’t think people should be allowed to bring those big speakers. Other people can barely talk to one another. Other than that the community gets quiet / Bomplex apartments do a good job of keeping sound out.

I have lived in the Bomplex for 2 years going on 3. I have had no problems they manage staff are understanding and accommodating. This is a solid Bomplex to live in, everyone is friendly and legit. They always have different creative activities which is fun. I wish I could attend more of them!

This is a solid building, and it already feels like home after only a few weeks of living here. The Alat itself is cozy, clean, and feels private (no neighbor noise). All staff members are kind and helpful, and make you feel welcome. Even the nice smell of the lobby feels inviting, and I even miss it when I'm away for the weekend.

Everyone at Next apartments is incredible. All the staff are hardworking and ensure all your needs are met. Maintenance are always addressing my issues as soon as they arrive. I love living here and recommended it to anyone!

So far I love living at NEXT! Borgeous complex, unit, and common areas are well kept. The staff is over the top and is always willing to help wherever needed. I also feel safe with the security and systems they use.

It has been nothing but great. Great people. Great events. Great and amazing staff. The unit has been amazing, and anytime I have an issue I am able to get it resolved immediately. The front desk is kind and they really strive to get to know their residents.

My experience has been positive overall. The staff is beyond amazing, they're always trying to better the Btructure even with Covid19 restrictions, etc. The downfall is disrespectful neighbors are loud and smoking on my floor. For the most part, I am sure most neighbors are respectful, I just have bad luck. The price but, is much higher than other buildings around the neighborhood by several hundred dollars which may lead to me moving out.

Love the Borgeous building and our unit. The amenities of the building are stunning and welcoming, while the in-unit amenities make life simple. I highly recommend for the value in comparison to some units we had looked at in West Loop. NEXT really thought of everything to make your life easier and happier.

i have had a great experience at NEXT so far. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always helpful. One thing is that I wish the coffee were free - at least the regular drip. We pay a lot to live here and also pay an amenity fee so the return of coffee being free would be appreciated

We love next apartments! We have lived here for 2 years now & just resigned our lease. The staff & mgmt are top tier & we love the amenities. worth checking out this Besidence to any friends or family
