Xavier apartments is a wonderful, luxury apartment community on the edge of Old Town. Plenty of neighborhood amenities in the building with entertainment, restaurant and grocery options within walking distance. Young community with lots of life!

I have enjoyed my experience here so far. My studio is spacious with a great view of the city. Although not too much in the immediate area you can easily walk (and feel safe) to near by dining and bars. Public transportation is near and convenient. Building management is great, they have always been easy to deal with and answer any questions I have promptly.
