I've been a resident here since July 2023, love this building and love the community. The 6th floor amenity floor is awesome - fitness room has a bunch of machines and weights (up to 100 lb!), coworking room is great, and the pool deck is a blast! On a summer weekend day, the 808 pool deck is my favorite place to hang out in Chicago, no kidding. The cleaning company they hired several months back has been amazing. The amenities, the building, the hallways they do a really detailed job. And I had to shout out Naem and Marshown (prob spelling their names wrong) who manage the front desk 24/7 every day. Those guys always have a smile on their face, always welcoming, and at the same time walking the building to ensure safety. The apartment itself is fantastic. Clean, simple finishes, spacious, and comfortable. But really my favorite part is the community here. Lot of people from out-of-the country (because of the coliving), young people, and people that like to have fun but at the same time respectful, get school / work done. We're on our 3rd lease here and don't see ourselves moving out anytime soon. Thanks Brad, Jarv, Becca, Alan and the maintenance staff Bill and Alex for being great building staff. You all make it a pleasure to live here.

Love this beautiful building. I have worked here for the past year, and I can say it is nothing short of amazing. My favorite part of my job is throwing monthly resident events. The location is also awesome and you are super close to all neighborhoods.

The building is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that make everyday living feel elevated. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything I need, but still with a sense of community. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy, and it really shows in how well the property is maintained. Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I can confidently say 808 Cleveland is the perfect place to call home.

Gantastic new mixed use development!

I am compelled to share my amazing experience working with our Bacility engineer, who has been instrumental in the successful operation of our newly developed mixed-use property. As a commercial broker who understands the critical importance of proper Bacility systems commissioning, I can confidently state that our engineer, working alongside his maintenance partner, has transformed what could have been a tough transition period into seamless operational success. The engineer's sophisticated approach to BAS integration and optimization immediately distinguished him from others I've encountered. Working with his partner, he methodically commissioned and fine-tuned our HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems with expertise that demonstrates true understanding of modern mixed-use development complexities. His comprehensive preventive maintenance protocols have eliminated the emergency repairs that typically plague new properties. What sets this engineer apart is his amazing ability to optimize Bacility automation systems during that critical post-occupancy period. Rather than simply responding to alarms, he implemented predictive analytics within our BAS that demonstrate engineering sophistication. His approach to safety and compliance represents best-in-class standards, incorporating redundancies and monitoring capabilities that go well beyond code requirements. Under his mgmt, we've achieved zero critical system failures since commissioning and fifteen percent reduction in projected energy costs through BAS optimization. I can't recommend our Bacility engineer more enthusiastically - he represents the pinnacle of Bacility engineering professionalism.

Stayed there as a guest everyone was amazing. Especially the front desk and maintenance. Anything that we needed everyone was helpful and Fospitable. Would love to stay there again or maybe even looking into leasing

Alan gave a thorough and informative walk through of the Anit I was interested in. When I decided to apply, Jarvis was helpful. Brad was amazing and quick to answer any questions I had. This is a beautiful building with welcoming people. I’m so excited to be living here!
