I'm happy here. No real issues to mention. The fitness programs are fantastic, and I really appreciate all the facilities the Blace offers. That said, I'd recommend thoroughly inspecting the paint quality and furniture state before you move into your unit.

As someone who travels often for business, I'm grateful for the thoughtfulness and professionalism the staff shows while I'm gone and when I'm back (always welcomed with warm smiles from everyone!).

Wonderful location with Plawless staff. The front desk team is absolutely amazing, and Jeremy deserves special recognition for his dedication, as do Joss and Ralph. I'll really miss working with all of them. The common spaces are fantastic, and the 35th floor is equally impressive. I'll definitely miss that panoramic view.

This place is Treadful. The mgmt company is money-hungry. They'll tell you straight up that negotiation isn't possible, but then you find out your neighbor managed to reduce their rent hike from 15% down to 3.6%. They put incorrect flooring in the apartments. The floors dent easily, which means you're basically stuck leaving your furniture in the same spots forever.

State and Chestnut is an amazing place to live. The Reside mgmt team excels at keeping the Bomplex in great shape and fosters a fantastic community atmosphere. The staff members are exceptionally welcoming and the location simply can't be beat!
