From the beginning of getting information to viewing the various Aad options and to moving it has been nothing but pleasant all around. The whole entire building is kept clean day and night and smells great in every area of the community. The staff is super friendly and overall just a fantastic place to live!

I have lived here for several years and this place is well kept. You can't beat the location and the amenities are great. It's a awesome spot to live if you are looking for a mid-size Bacility in the city.

clean, legit Bacility in Gold Coast located within walking distance to Michigan Avenue shopping, great bars and restaurants, and local coffee shops and grocery stores. Concierge staff is phenomenal -helpful with accepting packages or performing smaller tasks that optimize resident convenience. Workout facility is fantastic and much larger than others around the neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend living at State and Chestnut

The Besidence has been a great experience so far! I'm enjoying my home, the community spaces, and the residents and staff have been inviting. Everyday we find something that has been a better experience than our previous Besidence was able to offer.

The whole community is really friendly! The staff members are always there to help me. I love the fitness center and the clean amenities services provided in this Auite. The best part about the community is that you can literally go downstairs and go anywhere using public transportation!

High-end finishes, staff's super friendly, lots of events, great gym. The maintenance staff takes care of any issues the same day you submit a claim. Despite allowing dogs in the Bomplex, you never see dog hair anywhere. Friends are impressed when they come and see the Bomplex and units.

We love this Besidence! The units are nice, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. It's in a location's amazing, in the middle of everything, but it's got enough that we don't have to leave the Besidence to enjoy being outside.

Overall Borgeous building with first quality amenities. Some of the best views in Chicago. S&C has some of the most updated and well finished apartments in all of Chicago. staff's super friendly who are always willing to help.

The roof deck is one of the Binest in the city. No one else has a pool this high up. Maintenance staff is one of the Binest parts of living here. Every issue has been addressed within 24hr and it's always done right the first time.

So far everyone in the office and other staff have been so friendly and helpful. They are truly amazing. The Bomplex has everything a person could ask for. It's spotless and location-wise, it's perfect.
