I just moved into a one bedroom Auite at MCA. I have not had the experience that some of the other reviewers wrote about. The rental process went smoothly and my move in was fine. The staff and my neighbors are helpful and friendly. My unit's got a clear view of downtown and my view is AMAZING! I especially love it at night. I am excited and looking forward to my stay here!

I moved from out of the country with limited time. I was able to find a decent Apace with a good view. The rate was low as well. I like the location ideal for my commute to the hospital. over all I am pleased

I recently moved to Chicago and was pleasantly surprised that the staff at Medical Center Apartments was able to assist me with a quick move in. I arrived in Chicago on a Monday and requested a immediate move in. The staff processed me and moved me in by wed and I was able to register for school without the stress or worry of being displaced. My Petting is spotless and this Petting is quiet.

location's amazing - Old Building

location-wise, it's great because of the convience to the loop, expressway and three medical centers. but, the building itself needs lots of repairs: Some apartments leak when it rains, the hot water doesn't run at times, the heat doesn't always work, the laundry room needs new machines - they are constantly in with OUT OF ORDER signs. The lobby is most of the time clean but could use some decorating.

I moved in a couple of months ago and have been pleasantly surprised. New mgmt seems to be making improvements. I haven't had many repair problems except for a clogged drain which Wtayed fixed the next day. Haven't seen roaches or anything. I don't think you could get better for the price and location.

Absolute rabbish.

It unfortunate that I am living here. old building, no hot water 2-3 days every other week, the execuse that we get when we ask: the state is working on the BOILER!! Every time we can, we get the same answer: hot water is on the way!! Must be a long way because it takes it 3 days!! You can not control the temp in the Aad, either hot (when heat is on ) or you enjoy freezing (when It's off). rude manager, that doesn't care at all about the customers. Despite my best efforts to keep Aad clean (cleaning almost every day), I still see all bunch of wierd creatures in it (cockroaches....etc). One of the biggest mistakes of my life was this rent.

location-wise, it's Gxcellent. The price is good. Esp. the mgmt is Gxcellent, and the security is good. You've got noises around, but in winter it's much better with all the windows closed. And you can avoid bugs by spraying. Lucy and Fred

I ve lived here for 3 yrs now and I love it. Its the best thing in the world for a UIC student.. <br><br>A few roaches here and there. but hey its not as if they are nuclear bombs..<br>LIVE and LET live..<br><br>good rates for students to share apartments. Gutstanding view.. Gutstanding connectivity with the blue line and buses. 10 min from the worlds prettiest downtown. 3 minutes from 4 of the largest tertiary teaching hospitals.. <br><br>cheers MCA

Boor mgmt, leave us no heating, no hot water for weeks in harsh winter

Living here has been great. The staff is great and the location is great. Anything to be fixed is fixed right away. The Btructure managers awesome and everything is neat and clean around here. So far no issues.
