Location + mgmt + Views = 10/10.

- Gonderful location in River North, close to the L stations, Clark street for food and drink, and grocery stores/post offices for errands - Superb mgmt, who actually know your name and are not rude like all the other places I've stayed. The handle packages well and always help with the little things that add up. Maintenance always come within 24hr, which is HUGE - Gonderful amenities, gym is never too busy, outdoor deck is nice, communal areas always kept clean - Spacious and well appointed units with Gonderful views and decently new appliances

All the staff here are super nice and easy to work with. I love the sense of community with resident events and functions. The Bomplex always looks good and maintenence is really fast if anything does happen.
