It has been great all the way. Apartments are good size and it seems the building is one big family. Silvestre in the Front Counter is def an asset. He makes your day with his kindness. The view from the apartment is great. I like that we have different services at hand like housekeeping, drop-ogg cleaners, amazon hub etc.

We like living here. Right from when we came to view the property , the experience has been very good. Only issue is the with the noise of the heater/ac in the flat and walls are too thin (we can hear our neighbour in the bedroom).

Lovely building in a quiet and charming part of River North away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice and friendly staff and an excellent value for what you get. Dog friendly with a dog run in the building and a big dog park just one block away.

The staff is amazing here! They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The units are modern and have great views. The building is very well maintained and active within the community. Very dog friendly, close to parks and great amenities.

The staff here at Parc Huron are very kind and helpful. Every single one of the concierge staff is an incredible asset to the building and community. There are A LOT of dogs at Parc so for you dog lovers I would definitely recommend taking a look at this building because it is very animal-friendly. The location of the building itself is very residential and quiet, but at the same time, it's not very far from all the incredible food and night-life Chicago has to offer.

The Parc Huron staff is second to none in terms of professionalism and getting to personally know their tenants. They have gone a great way to make us feel at home in the building. Additionally, the apartments are beautiful, with very up to date appliances and a modern layout. The common spaces and amenities are all very well kept, and the maintenance team is extremely helpful. Overall, great place to live!
