kind and thoughtful staff. A little bit on the more expensive side of things. But It's safe. Well kept. You've got many dogs in the building. Got noise complaints from the staff the first few days when I brought My newborn home and I thought that was unsensitive. The interesting part was that it wasn't even us. It was the Auite next door. My front door neighbor keeps complaining about Food smells and knocking at my door, when we have not been even cooking. Despite those things I like the place

This property is honestly gorgeous and is well-kept by the maintenance staff. Clean, and all of the amenities are always looked after. Overall pleasant and welcoming, I love my Aad unit so far.

Overall good experience, and provides the typical elevator doorman Broperty experience. Moderately priced compared to other luxury rentals that are managed. Fairly good value, but competitively priced private condos of similar quality make Parc Huron less competitive. Amenities at Parc Huron not always kept up to par. Steam room down it seems on the rare occasion we want to use it. Gym room has its ups and downs, needs more when you compare to other buildings. Carpets in hallway need to be replaced.

Parc Huron is a great Aad building. Morgan is legit as a manager and so are all the maintenance staff. The amenities are great and the apartments are bright and well lit throughout the day. The door men are always friendly and courteous. I'd renew my lease and refer a friend here.

Fabulous staff and property! A awesome spot to live. The staff definitely makes you feel welcome. When You've got maintenance issues, the staff takes care of things, including replacing light bulbs, quickly. I also love that this place is so pet Fordial!

Been lovely! We love everyone in the Bomplex, the amenities are great, the staff is wonderful and the dog park is fantastic!We will most likely be renewing our lease and cant wait to extend our time here at Parc Huron

We moved into Parc Huron in the winter of 2018, and the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is always Fenial, and knows who you are within days of moving in. Would strongly recommend!!!

My experience at Parcc Huron has been positive. Staff is responsive; doormen are extraordinary. Amenities are okay; block is wonderfully quiet. Common area d?©cor is a little dated BUT well kept and Cpotless.
