The peacefulness of this structure and surrounding district is fantastic, especially considering its downtown positioning. The property is exceptionally well-kept and spotless, and residents here are genuinely welcoming. The team goes out of their way to assist tenants with a courteous approach, making it comfortable to reach out whenever you need something. I'm really happy calling Parc Huron my home.

perfect team that's incredibly attentive and courteous. The property itself is Btunning with great facilities, but what really stands out is how the staff foster a genuine sense of belonging. They create an inclusive atmosphere where residents feel valued. Top-notch pet-friendly policies compared to other Loop properties.

The interior decor and panoramic vistas are absolutely gorgeous. Yet, the absence of an elevator system and neighbors who don't tidy up their pets' messes are frustrating drawbacks. Overall it's a delightful residence, though you're definitely paying top dollar for it.

There was no hot water in the whole building from yesterday until this morning and one of the only two elevators serving almost 200 units is down for maintenance yet again. I do not recommend Parc Huron. Awful experience from day one.

By far the best place we've lived. Beautiful appliances, staff consistently go over the top to make you feel special, maintenance requests are filled right away. Very dog friendly, great location and concrete between walls/floors makes it nice and quiet. We plan to stay for many more years!

My experience at Parcc Huron has been very positive. Staff is very responsive; doormen are extraordinary. Amenities are adequate; block is wonderfully quiet. Common area d?©cor is a little dated BUT well kept and clean.

I love coming home to a friendly smile from the concierge at Parc Huron and always feeling welcome. The staff is great with communicating building changes/upgrades and you can't beat the upscale but homey vibe of the building and the street.

enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the location of Parc Huron and hope our views wont be obstructed. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. What we don't enjoy is the constant barking of dogs across from our apartment, we know many complaints from others have been made as well.

Nothing but good things to say here - Parc Huron has been my favorite and best apartment in Chicago. The staff makes you feel right at home and they are always there if you need something. 10/10 and would definitely recommend!

The Parc Huron is a magnificent place to call home. The staff, the amenities, the overall building- it is all incredible. We are very lucky to have gotten our apartment. Excited for a long tenure in this building.
