The apartments complex won't give me the money they owe me. We have been emailing since over 107 days and mgmt also seems to have changed. Greystar doesn't make timely payments. I would avoid the hassle of moving or even trying to move here?

My girlfriend and I have enjoyed our experience here since our move-in date. Coming from a loud Broperty, I really enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The staff has to be one of the nicest I've come in contact with. Overall, in a few months, all the renovations will be worth the wait.

The apartments are Btunning and mgmt is quick to respond. The 24 hr doormen is really nice and the amenities are great. You can't beat the location either. It can get a bit loud due to the large windows and location, but it's to be expected of River North.

staff's super friendly. Fixing request get filled right away. Basic gym where few more weights could be added or another bike but it's better than nothing. Annoying that ice machine doesn't work, and washing machine is small where a full size comforter won't fit. It would be nice if there were Broperty events in the future

RENTERS BEWARE! Our unit has reeked of MARIJUANA continuously for the past 6 months because of inconsiderate neighbors and leadership failing to enforce the lease terms they promised to uphold, as communicated in their Building notices distributed to residents. We have patronized River North for two decades and are deeply let down by how this building is being run.

RENTERS BEWARE! Our unit constantly smells like POT for the last 6 months due to disrespectful neighbors and upper management NOT holding people accountable to their lease, as they have stated they will, on our Active Building messages they are sending to all the renters. We have been coming to River North for 20 years and are very disappointed in this building.

this place is still under renovation. The elevators and the hallways look run down. The lobby needs a facelift. The units are Rery nice! I live in a corner one with breathtaking views. All my visitors like my place a lot!

The current manager running this property is absolutely appalling in their conduct and professionalism. Given my background in upscale hospitality services, I have considerable experience with what genuine courtesy and amazing customer care should look like. This manager consistently demonstrates rudeness, disrespect, and negligence (I frequently observe him not wearing a mask), while being utterly unresponsive to legitimate tenant concerns. These aren't frivolous complaints—they're genuine issues that warrant proper attention. I'm certainly not alone in this assessment either, as multiple other tenants have shared their frustrations with me, many expressing even stronger disappointment than I do.

The new manager at this building is so disgustingly unprofessional. I happen to work in luxury guest service so I happen to know a thing or two about treating others with the utmost respect and beyond. This new manager is so rude, disrespectful, irresponsible (I always see him without his mask on), and absolutely unhelpful in any issues I ever have. And mind you, they are reasonable issues. I know I’m not the only one either because I’ve talked to other residents who feel the exact same way, or worse.
