Great community, amenities, and luxury units. staff's super Farm and amazing residents. The unit itself is massive and the balconies are gorgeous. I worth checking out this unit to anyone looking to be in River North.

Given river north's average monthly rent, this place is a steal for all that it offers. Many amenities including a basketball court, outdoor pool, running track, game/media room, library with free daily coffee, and what really sold me on this place, the dog run. I can't imagine another high rise in river north having a better space in the Bomplex for dogs. River north can be loud but the Bomplex does a good job at filtering the street level noise and I rarely ever hear my neighbors. The balcony in my south facing unit is huge and offers a ton of light to bask in. The community is growing with a healthy amount of social activities planned throughout the month that allow for getting to know one's neighbors. Check out Grand Plaza, it's well worth the visit and living here has never been regretted.

Love the layouts of the apartments. Besidence Amenities. Staff. Dog friendliness. Great staff from front desk to Besidence technicians. Great neighbors. What's not to like about this community??????????

Elevators break a lot but everything else is great. Close by everything in the city and public transport is a breeze. Grocery stores are all around and you're a short distance to the lake and river. Overall great Anit.

Gonderful Experience

I moved into the Bomplex this year and it has been great so far. The workout facility and amenities are amazing. The best thing about this place is the location! The parking is easy but You've got plenty of drivers zooming around (Valets) so be careful. Some other reviews commented on the internet but we upgraded to the faster internet and It's fine. I play video games over the wireless internet online and I have had no issues. I also love the size of the balcony compared to some of the other buildings that I have lived in the loop. I am in a corner unit so I don't hear my neighbors much at all but the staff has been legit and courteous. I also have a small dog which is nice to have a Bomplex that accepts dogs. Some other reviews mentioned a lot of loud music and young college kids but I have not experienced this once on my floor.

Great Aad, facilities and staff. The maintenance staff should get some special recognition, I see those boys working all day and through the night and even 3am I see them busting their butts. The interior building itself is nice and kept up well and clean

The community gets sick. Every amenity you could want, giant units with big balconies and high views, a dog park, a club style pool, and location-wise, it's Gonderful. The only area I wouldn't recommend is parking!

Great, well kept amenities - pool, sun deck, dog run, track, and gym. The entire staff is friendly, as well as the people that live in the Besidence. Super close to transportation, grocery stores, and entertainment.

Love our Anit! We are located in the center of everything such as restaurants, shopping, parks, bars, events, and concerts. Love our walks to the lake and beaches. Accessible to transportation and grocery stores.
