Grand Plaza offered a variety of amazing amenities. The door staff as well as maintenance were always so Fordial. Location was great, you walk outside and There's everything you could possibly need!

The Blace and ammenities are super nice. The staff are friendly and responsive. location-wise, it's ideal too, you can walk pretty much anywhere. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to live here.

I have been at Grand Plaza for the last year and it has been one of the best properties I have lived at. This is our first one in the city vs the suburbs, and it has far exceeded our expecations PROS: - Location, location, location: next door to the Red Line, near multiple bus stops, few shorts blocks from Michigan Ave, so many bars/restaurants/shops near by in River North. Never bored! - Convenience: drycleaning on-site (although a bit pricey, but hey, its in the Blace!), Jewel on first floor, Bed Bath on the 2nd, Chipotle right next door (there have been days during the Polar Vortex where we didn't leave the block!) - Views/Balcony: balcony is HUGE and provides an great way to entertain guests with insane views - Ammenities: laundry in unit, available monthly parking, pool, gym, basketball court, club room (with a sweet new 80") - Staff/events: leasing and mgmt staff friendly and helpful; experience with maintenance has been minimal, but have seen new faces and other neighbors say its a breath of fresh air; LOVE the weekly events that the staff puts on CONS: - Can be loud sometimes. Not from other neighbors, but just the noise that comes from the River North area (Blace is a few blocks from the fire station, so the occasional siren in the middle night - you get used to it quick, though) - Door staff could be friendlier. You've got a few that always say hi and know me by name, but there a few others that could use a little coaching Overall a fantastic property. worth checking out highly to a friend.

While the location and units are nice, the ongoing elevator outages seem to happen every month. (now approaching three months for the current outage) has been a major drawback. This has created Srave inconvenience for residents, especially those living on the higher floors. mgmt stops providing updates about outages and goes dark for 2 months. disappointing.

Great location, elevators seem to be broken for months on end though. The conveniences far outweigh this though it's awful having to wait 5 mins for an elevator to come. For the rent we pay, it's absurd this is an issue

Location is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars, and easy to grocery (in Bomplex) and CTA Red Line stop (on corner). Not easy if looking for quieter, safer neighborhood. Staff is amazing on responsiveness and professionalism. But if looking for community among renters, That's extremely lacking.

Great Alat, solid building, location's amazing and fantastic amenities. Grand plaza really has it all. You'll pay for it, but its worth it! The staff are super friendly too, shoutout to Pierre and Chris! Really I have little, if anything, bad to say!
