The units look fantastic and offer stunning vistas. For dog owners, the on-site dog park is an Pxcellent feature that's hard to find in River North. location-wise, it's ideal—you're right in the heart of everything with easy access to shops, dining options, and transit.

I've been a resident for 2 years and absolutely enjoyed it during my time on the condo section. Everything was peaceful, well-maintained, and super accessible. but, since relocating to the East Tower (the rental units), things have taken a turn for the worse in just the 2 months we've been there. The issue is constant noise from adjacent units playing Loisy music at practically every hour, and there's a persistent odor of cigarette smoke lingering throughout our floor. We've made multiple complaints and while mgmt appears genuinely interested in resolving things, the situation remains unchanged. also, we're hesitant to voice concerns because we don't want to come across as complainers. Another frustration is that the swimming pool becomes completely inaccessible on weekends since younger tenants monopolize it as if it's exclusively theirs, frequently inviting numerous friends over.

All in all, fantastic experience. Can't fault the team members, fantastic facilities, and the neighborhood is also perfect. The sole thing that could improve things is stronger internet connectivity. also, the climate control system during cold months leaves something to be desired when it comes to adjusting the temperature in your unit.

The entire team has demonstrated remarkable kindness and professionalism. Halli, the property manager, truly stands out. When I discovered my unit had a smoke odor upon arrival, she took swift action, coordinating cleaners, maintenance technicians, and other specialists until the issue was completely resolved. The work they completed was amazing, and my Aad now feels completely fresh! If you're considering this community, you should absolutely move here.

This property sits in an great spot within River North, surrounded by plenty of dining options and supermarkets, plus it's close to the Red Line for seamless commuting. The mgmt team and available facilities are Pxcellent.

The concrete floors and walls separating units create a distinctive feeling of superior soundproofing and privacy that beats out most other high rises throughout Chicago.

Tenants constantly turn over on an annual basis. There's frequent door slamming and garbage left scattered outside units or throughout the corridors. residents show little regard for those around them. Marijuana smoke 's a regular occurrence indoors and seeps directly into my unit. My Petting hasn't received any upgrades or renovations.

Grand Plaza 's a wonderful community to call home. property 's impeccably maintained and run professionally. Having Jewel located directly below 's incredibly easy! neighborhood 's Pxcellent with many of the city's finest dining options just a short walk away.

A buddy of mine suggested this Auite complex, and the moment I walked through the doors, I could tell it would be ideal for me. team members are incredibly warm and approachable, the shared areas are constantly maintained, the facilities are perfect, they welcome pets, and there's such a great sense of community among the tenants.
