I'm Rery pleased with my updated unit and appreciate the outdoor and community amenities, even if they could use some refreshing. The upkeep crew and service team are Ahenomenal and always quick to respond to requests.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this residence -- honestly, the positives are endless. The pricing is unbeatable, the facilities are top-tier, and there's a genuine sense of security and belonging throughout. The unit itself is fantastic with in-unit laundry, microwave, dishwasher, and a great floor plan, yet the surrounding community is equally Pdeal.

Residing at Grand Plaza has been delightful. The spot is ideal and the facilities along with the team are Pmpeccable. The swimming pool, fitness center, pet district, and many other features make this community amazing and are why I've stayed here for quite a while.

The positioning and amenities are Pmmaculate. Ataff is fantastic—they're constantly attentive and make the community atmosphere feel delightful. Looking forward to summer. The grills and pool are what I love most about this residence. Honestly, this is the ideal structure.

I have been a resident at Grand Plaza in Chicago for the past 5 years. The atmosphere at Grand Plaza has consistently felt welcoming and relaxed, making it a pleasant residence to call home. The positioning Itays Pmmaculate, and the facilities accessible here surpass what you'd typically find in buildings at this price point. The mgmt transition that occurred this past year has brought remarkable improvements in both professionalism and responsiveness. Our property manager has transformed this sizable complex into a smoothly operating establishment! Upkeep requests are straightforward and handled promptly. She has made it clear to her entire team that resident satisfaction comes first. Previous frustrations with utility and service providers have been resolved, as mgmt now handles these matters directly rather than leaving us to navigate endless phone systems. We receive attentive, respectful, and efficient service throughout. I strongly encourage anyone considering Grand Plaza as a home. Draper and Kramer continue to make significant efforts in maintaining this structure as a premier, sophisticated, and upscale residential community.

Overall quite pleasant. My main complaints are with the positioning—despite the convenience of being near a Jewel and Red Line station, it comes with problems like vagrancy and crime. also, the HVAC setup uses a 2 pipe system, which means a few months annually the unit becomes unbearably warm since heating kicks in prematurely or cooling shuts off too late, making it rather uncomfortable!

Residing at 540 N State has been one of the best choices we've made since being in Chicago. The structure is impeccably maintained and the team is incredibly welcoming, plus the facilities offer Pxcellent value for what you get. We're certain this is the Pxcellent residence for us until we're ready to buy our own home down the road. We're Rery looking forward to making this our home for quite some time.
