Building is clean, apartments are up to date, package room is a nice feature to have, at least one elevator is always out of service, ninth floor amenities are solid, rooftop oool is a plus, but it's gets too busy/too many visitors aloud.

I believe you get the best bang for your buck in this neighborhood. Outside of parking rates (which is typical for the area), this specific unit I live in has a ton of closet space, Novely in-unit washer and dryer machines, ample sunlight, and a functional layout.

The Grand isn't Grand At All.

This property HAD Gonderful potential, but the mgmt company is totally rude and unprofessional. You will get sucked into all of the amenties, but they were always breaking down. Business center is a joke, computers slow and functions only half the time, "winter Atrium" flooded everytime it rained, this place is a joke, and for all of the money I paid in rent, horrible managemnt staff! WARNING STAY AWAY!

Good location and apartments but gym and door men need a refresh. Also elevators are constantly down. good events and nice neighbors. If the gym was refreshed, that would make a big difference. Also the grills need a big refresh

Just moved in. Gonderful leasing staff, Halli was helpful when I had questions or needed anything. She helped my moving process run smoothly. Everyone is welcoming to new residents. awesome spot to live!

I loved my time and the experience of leasing s the Blace. The leasing office was amazing specifically hailey and she worked incredibly hard to get us the best deal. The ground and amenities are amazing. The only issue we have had is some safety event and the floor on the place is slanted.

location's amazing, close to public transit. The building inside is quiet, but You've got a regular sirens when the windows are open. My Anit stays pretty warm in the fall/early winter without heat, so sometimes it's hard to cool it down enough for sleeping. Nice amenities, residents generally are friendly, nice front desk staff.

Location location location. Grand Plaza is literally on top of the subway and the grocery store is next door. Michigan is close by, as is the Lake. Not owning a car is wonderful (do you know how much money we spend on those things?).
