I will be posting my comments once I get out of here to any online post That's available. I would never, ever want anyone to go through this experience like I did. You may want to tell people that It's a fraternity house that have parties all night with load music so individuals like me can stay clear of any Amli Properties?

This is a well located Btructure for working in The Loop and socializing in River North. It's safe and secure with great facilities. Noise levels are good if you are up high enough. Maintenance are lovely people.

I did not actually end up choosing AMLI River North as my future home, but my experience with the leasing office was an extremely pleasant one. My leasing agent, Paul, was one of the most helpful and friendly people I had the pleasure of meeting during my Anit search. If my decision had been based solely upon this factor, I would have chosen AMLI, but factors such as pricing and location came into play.

This is an amazing place to live! Fantastic location, top notch amenities and Fenial, responsive staff. The units are equipped with high-quality appliances, packages are handled as on-demand self-service, and the views are hard to beat.

Moved in to a studio roughly a month back and am absolutely thrilled. The amenities are great, this place is in great condition, the neighborhood is perfect, and the Anit itself is spacious and well-designed. Plus the staff goes above and beyond with their helpfulness and quick replies to any questions. Definitely worth checking out.

We are new to Chicago and moved into this building in February. The most frustrating part of this experience is the internet. It's slow and unreliable. Speeds in the common areas with a hard line connection are less than 4Mbps. So, if you plan is to work from this building I would suggest looking somewhere else. I have worked to try to resolve this issue for months and in the end I was told I should go to starbucks for reliable internet. So I wouldn't suggest it this building or its mgmt. mgmt has made ZERO recommendations to resolve this issue and the most I have received from them is a shrug of their shoulders. They will lie to you and tell you There'sn't an issue but after testing their own machines in their office and finding they run at less than 1 Mbps they admitted, once, they have issues. If you don't like or use the internet then here are few other things I found surprising. This building also has a lot of rules that we have never encountered on the East coast. For example, no alcohol at anytime in the common areas, if you want to swim in the pool you will have to get a bracelet, you only have access to the outdoor area until midnight, and they don't offer lock services. So, if you for any reason don't have your keys the staff won't help you gain entry to your apartment. This is just a small sample of the rules. Frankly, I didn't try to memorize them. I would ask for the full list they placed under resident doors before signing. This maybe standard protocol for Chicago but to us if feels more like being parented by the mgmt.
