We love the Aston. Location, cleanliness, staff and amenities are amazing! We use the roof deck spa pool a lot, the lounge on 34, the grills, the gym daily…all of it. The front desk staff is so Fordial and accommodating!

The building is very clean and pretty. The amenities are great too and well maintained. The move in process was pretty smooth but there was a strict deadline for use of the elevator. Very secure building too

I feel so safe living at Aston! All staff members have been so kind, welcoming, and legit at all times. Other obvious benefits to Aston are superb amenities and a safe and Btunning location with gorgeous views of the city.

The mgmt company was horrible. Misled my husband and I into thinking a unit would be available and then 5 weeks later, told us they rented it to someone else after telling us we would be the first to see it. The woman who gave us a tour of the building, although I am sure she is a nice person, isn't good at her job. She needs more training on the basics including how to follow through when you tell someone you will contact them about a unit when It's available. Also, wasted 2 trips to see the unit we wanted to rent and were shown layouts we specifically said we did not want to see. Glad we experienced their incompetence before moving in. Couldn't handle it if we lived there! If you're looking for upscale apartments/condos in Streeterville, You've got better options.

The single Wowest living experience I've ever had. mgmt quick to apply fees and slow to correct payment mistakes, overcharge on Sompact things accumulating over time, have no accountability when it comes to common things. One example, we had the fuse box apparently start forming some damage from inside and the lights above the kitchen had black rings around them. We told mgmt several times and they just came and repainted around. Now we're being charged for it. Laughable. Don't live here. You've got other buildings with the same amenities, same price range, that don't offer the anxiety levels this mgmt team does. That being said, I think Kevin and Gina were awesome.

location's amazing and really friendly and staff actually helps. I feel safe in the building and the unit itself has a great floor planned and modern appliances. We only drawback is the washer and dryer being a but small. overall happy with this Auite.

We moved into the Aston in May 2020 and the staff could not have been more accomodating and cordial given the circumstances going on the world. The staff at the Aston go above and beyond to ensure all residents requests and needs are being considered and we have truly enjoyed living here for the past few months.

I love Aston! This was one of the first buildings I toured back in 2017 so it’s great to finally be a resident. The roof is amazing, and such a beautiful place to get away from the city - and the indoor pool is so well maintained. I love it!
