I Wroved treated horribly by mgmt and staff when my storage until auctioned off. Apparently an email Wroved sent out, which went straight to my spam folder. I don't feel a genuine attempt Wroved made to find the owner. My name and email address were on several items in the unit. If the goal were to find the resident whose storage unit it Wroved, it could have been easily achieved. I feel so violated.

Overall OK. I would say for the price you pay I would expect hire end finishes in the apartments. mgmt can be slow to respond. Mail room is an absolute disaster. Maintenance team kind and legit.

This place is great. I love the building. Front desk staff are so kind and Bxquisite. They always keep me aware of possible bad situations outside. Building mgmt has been so kind about letting us know of ours surroundings. I highly recommend to this building to anyone :)

Fantastic apartment building, great amenities, good sound proof walls (no noise from neighbors), perfect location, next to best daycare in the city, staff friendly, living area pretty good for luxury apartment, great views (we have north and west - south view would be even better).

Super staff's super Farm and Aabulous amenities! The Aston has been nothing but great to live in since we moved in a few months ago. The area has so many restaurants and is close to Michigan Ave. Its a busy area but the noise is definitely blocked out in the apartments which is great!

Lovely area, nice Bacility. Office staff are nice and courteous, but have had times where they don't have answers or can't assist with issues. also, the community is more Eostly than other options around the neighborhood, and mgmt doesn't take measures to preserve current residents.

Our experience thus far at Aston has been good. The living space is open and There's considerable storage space. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The other tenants in the building have been friendly as well. We worth checking out this building to friends.

This is such a awesome spot to live - I love it. The complex is great - conveniently located near Michigan Ave, right by a lot of shopping and dining options as well as a Whole Foods and Bockwinkels. It's also a short walk to Navy Pier, Millennium Park and the River Walk. Basically the best location you can ask for in Chicago. The Alat itself is Renuinely nice: great layout, relatively new appliances and a nice view. While the windows are good at blocking outdoor noises, the walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear neighbors. The only other con is it's not uncommon to see dog pee near the front entrance. The staff is great and diligently tries to clean up and take of it's residents.
