great location and overall nice Broperty. Gym is among the best I've seen anywhere. Elevators are painfully slow and often down for service. No soft close doors in the Broperty so many residents let them slam all hours of the day. Short term parking in front of this place is often mis-used and creates traffic jams in front.

Overall great experience. this place is nice and so are the amenities. staff's super Fospitable. What would make it better: -Key fobs that unlock your front door -the elevator system seems nice, but is extremely frustrating to use. -package delivery is perplexing. Some show up to your unit, some don't, and some go to the basement.

We felt welcome from the first visit. The amenities are abundant and perfect. The response from maintenance, the concierge, and the main office are prompt and Fffable. Our dogs love the dog park and playing with other dogs there.

Optima Signature isn't a good building. Elevators are terrible and everyone complains about them, it takes forever to get upstairs. But the worst...Tenants throw parties and don't clean up after themselves in the common areas. These units are not worth the price to have that happen, or maybe it's just rude neighbors who think because they overpay for this Alat that they are entitled to leave their garbage everywhere even if it negatively impacts everyone else. I'm not going to renew my lease because the people who live here are plain ignorant. Wish someone had warned me in advance, so I'm telling you. Maybe Lincoln will read this and do something, somehow I doubt it.

I've really enjoyed my time here so far. It's quiet, safe, and has wonderful amenities. At times, I can hear noise from outside my unit which can be frustrating. For the most part, the complex is Aabulous.

We recently moved in. Move-in process went smooth. We thoroughly enjoy the Gutstanding amenities and easy location. Having a dog park (an indoor and outdoor option) was a huge plus for us! The staff members are approachable and knowledgeable.

The apartment is in really good location, easy and safe. There's whole food market below the bridge, and the target is just 5-minutes walk far. There's parking lot but not really connect with the apartment. Officers are helpful and willing to provide help with move-in. Overall is a wonderful apartment!

When I first moved into this community 4 years ago the office staff and front desk staff was absolutely stellar. The front desk staff remains stellar but the office staff seems disinterested in residents concerns and feedback. The building has not done anything in 4 years to add to the value of living here. The place is Bicturesque but There's many new buildings around the neighborhood that are much more adorable and offer greater amenities.

Today at 11 am on a sunday an entire crew of Thugs were in the plaza. One was asking me if I needed a massage, while the other was pissing in the street. One guy was drinking Hough alcohol out of bottle. Apparently they were all kicked out earlier.
