The Atwater building is great for anyone looking to live in the Streeterville area. The leasing staff, front desk and maintenance team are the top of the line. We have lived at Atwater for two years and wouldn't have to live anywhere else in the area.

We were looking for a last minute place to live when our daughter got sick. The staff here was so helpful and the building is nice and in an awesome location by all the hospitals we need plus great restaurants and parks around. We really enjoy living here!

We've lived here almost 3 years and love it. Beverly and the management team are amazing. The front desk is great. Roy and Diamond are always so friendly. The maintenance staff is very helpful and always prompt. I can't say enough about the time we've spent here.

Kudos to Beverly for our seamless move! From apartment viewing to the actual move-in, it happened without a hitch. Thankful for her prompt assistance to our queries! The apartment and facilities are superb, even more so when the team is always on the ball and ever so friendly!

Short version: Let me just say I went to bed that first night with the biggest smile thinking that I’m so grateful to be here, and that I love this apartment more than my last, and more than my one in Paris as well! —— Having been someone that grew up living in Athens, Jeddah, Dubai and Cairo, then as an adult moving myself from Dubai to Paris to Chicago, I was very frustrated to feel the need to move from my first Chicago apartment due to the rent hikes and thought I would end up feeling frustrated in my new place, but instead thanks to Beverly and the Atwater Apartments existing I instead found my most beautiful home! I actually moved in a record time for myself. From reaching out to Beverly in the building management team to making a decision, everything was very easy and well explained. Then with my busy schedule and travels they were very accommodating and helped me plan my move so that I could be done moving, mounting, unpacking and cleaning one day after my key handover date which was also a day before I left for vacation. Let me just say I went to bed that first night with the biggest smile thinking that I’m so grateful to be here, and that I love this apartment more than my last, and more than my one in Paris as well! I highly recommend you consider making Atwater home and happy to answer any questions about that move!

The building is extremely nice with great amenities and all of the staff is so welcoming. Great location as groceries, shopping, and entertainment are all walking distance away. Beverly helped me with any of my needs

My boyfriend and I have been living at Atwater for a few months now and we absolutely LOVE IT. The building and unit itself are absolutely gorgeous, the area is quiet and so convenient, and the Atwater staff have been amazing. Beverly helped us during the leasing/touring process and was so quick and friendly in answering all our questions. As well, Diamond at the front desk is great and always so friendly and accommodating. Maintenance has also always been SUPER fast and friendly. The building is also very dog-friendly. Are you noticing the “friendly” theme here? Basically, if you’re looking for an apartment in Streeterville, look no further!!

Absolutely love my new apartment and neighborhood! I am new to Chicago and am hoping that living here will bring forth new experiences! I moved out here mostly to be close to work but I am hoping to live the rest of my life here! Looking forward to continuing my stay at Atwater!

We looked at several properties throughout the city before making our decision. Justin went above and beyond answering all our questions and making us feel welcome at Atwater. He was prompt and professional. Since moving in we can't stop talking about the amazing staff from Justing to Roy to Daisy and all the others around the building. Not one time have we needed something that someone didn't jump to help us out. Our apartment is wonderful, the building is extremely clean, well maintained and the views are spectacular!!!

Came for location, signed for the service and amenities. I flew to Chicago in early February and looked at 11 high rises in Streeterville, River North and the Loop. Atwater was one of the last buildings I toured and I really wish I had toured sooner as I could have saved so much time! I really liked that the tours were self-guided as it allows you to get a feel for the space without anyone trying to sell you something. Perfect location - next to retail, Whole Foods, restaurants, bars, etc. Both Gil and Beverly were a pleasure to work with throughout the leasing process and Gil was especially helpful in finding me a unit with a future move-in date. I will say the leasing agents at the other Bozzuto buildings were also super friendly and helpful. After spending 9 years in NYC and 3 years in LA, this is by far the most excited I’ve been about moving to a new place. Thank you, Atwater, for making my move back to Chicago such a breeze.
