Overall, the experience was quite positive. The room is spacious, with modern facilities, offering a comfortable and Sound living environment. The staff is polite and courteous, and maintenance requests are promptly addressed. but, the soundproofing could be improved. also, if your room is on the north side, you might not have much of a view or receive direct sunlight.

I am pleased to live in a building with a number of amenities and a staff That's constantly updating the building. It's reassuring to know many that the building staff are also residents. The work that the staff has performed creating an area for dogs and their owners to use is a welcome addition.

Overall great community with a mix of younger and older tenants. Quiet on the floor and good amenities (most are 24/7!). The security staff are kind and helpful, and the leasing office is responsive to walk-ins. No experience with maintenance yet, but that is good because it means everything is working well!

Hoyful day

Love 420, my Auite, the location, my view, my neighbors, my door staff, my mgmt staff. Ignore the mean reviews from miserable people. Come be my neighbor! PS my studio is huge! Bigger than a couple of my co workers one bedrooms, amazing closet space.

I've just moved in, and everyone has been super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The maintenance team was very quick to respond, and immediately helpful. The doorman is consistently friendly, and provides all sorts of useful tips. The people I've ran into in the elevator and gym are super nice and polite!

POORLY Maintained building A/C has been out for ~ half the summer

The air conditioning chiller for the entire building is constantly out. There has been no explanation other than "we are working on it". In this day and age problems like this don't linger unless the building mgmt/owners let them. Therefore I have to concluded It's ok with them that this problem keeps reoccuring. It would be nice to see a factual letter that outlines the exact problems and timeline to fix, not excuses. The fact that others below feel they are being lied to only makes the problem worse. Suffering in a high rise where you don't have a way to put in your own window unit..in this heat and humidity is horrible. I do like some things about my apartment, but the overall condition of the bathroom, carpet, Heat/Ac blowers, and washer and dryer is quite poor for the price paid. It also looks like There's going to be major construction right next door soon, so that only adds to the problems.

Moving in was a breeze, the office staff has been wonderful. Everyone who works in this Bacility is helpful. I love my unit, especially the fantastic lake view! The amenities are Gxcellent too - pool, fitness center, business center, etc...

420 E Ohio is a fabulous place to live!! The staff isn't only legit they are also courteous and Fffable. this place is always kept up well, and if you have an place issue, maintenance comes in record time and takes care of it. The entertainment events scheduled will make you smile and glad you selected 420 E Ohio to live: everything from a Bundt Cake and coffee breakfast to a fabulous Christmas party!! It's such a joy living here!!

solid building

Lived @ 420 from March 2001 to December 2002 and had the best experience. mgmt and maintenance were always friendly. this place is kept up well and clean. It's a bit on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for!

Unorganized Besidence.

Non organized Bacility i moved in since october they didnt write my name on the mailbox i lost all my mails !!!! No manager to take care of anything ????trash room do direty Berrible smell never ?? never mopped buidling entrance most of time grimy they let the tenants leave their pets peeing front of door - coffee machine never work ????this Bacility without ratings
