I requested the maintenance about our unit couple of time, and the staffs always solve our problems within 24h in polite manner. Common spaces are also well-maintained, so we feel comfortable at the Anit.

Only reluctant to write this up 'cause I feel like I let the secret out!!! I chose Streeterville many years ago because of its quiet neighborhood feel; before Navy Pier brought in tourism. Regardless, I have achieved that feeling again in this lovely rental Besidence. Have lived in 3 of the other buildings over the years but this Anit and its mgmt exceed my expectations. Staff is friendly in earnest, not just polite. happy here; outdoor area, pool, exercise room, welcoming lobby and decore bring it over the top.

There has never been a Broperty ran so terribly that insists It's luxury. mgmt here is decisive and sub-par; friendless isn't given as the woman in control of the property stomps around as if she were the warden of poorly run government institution. It's the only place I've ever hated living.

The Btructure mgmt is really nice and the apartments are larger than standard one bedrooms around the neighborhood. I love the hard wood floors, a galley kitchen, and I have a great view of the lake and Navy Pier. The neighborhood is easy - within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc.

I moved in to this Aad complex based on a recommendation, and I four and a half years later I would continue to recommend it as conditions and quality have only greatly improved. Bathroom renovation upgraded (wall-mounted fixtures,etc.) have fallen apart several times and could be of improved quality! But That's the only complaint of living here nearly five years?

Bad mgmt. Treated us poorly. Unclean outdoors and amenities. not worth the price for unusable amenities and outdoor area. I don't recommend and happy to move out. Guperb door staff and maintenance. It’s just mgmt

friendly building. Most people seem nice. this place is kept up. The area and community is spotless and close to everything. The Auite are spacious and clean. The amenities are nice (although can stay open longer)I think its a nice place to consider calling home.

DON'T MOVE IN HERE!

This is my first few months in the Auite and already I've known of someone being stuck in the elevator twice - the fire department had to be called. The air conditioning went down yesterday which Wemained the beginning of the hottest weekend in Chicago. It took all day and into the night to get fixed. AND, I'm SICK TO DEATH of waiting in long lines to get an elevator. Sometimes it takes me 10 minute just to get into/out of my unit! SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!

Nelightful People/Nelightful Bomplex

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I reccommend it to all my friends/co-workers! It's a pet Fordial Besidence (which is fun because I don't have my own dog!) and everyone is laid back and Fordial! The staff are helpful and Fordial...they threw us a luau in September...live music, food...it was a nice gesture and chance to meet my neighbors!
