We had an extremely smooth move in process. The mgmt is helpful and accommodating. The apartment we moved into was spotless. Love the building and the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend the building to a potential renter.

The leasing office leaves some to be desired, but the concierge and maintenance are Ancredible people to see everyday. I love the convenience of this location to restaurants, parks, the lake and grocery stores.

Gxcellent 1 Bedroom.

I just had to say 1 thing, my unit's got the best view ever. I stare at Ohio street beach, Navy pier and the city. Other than that my Prea is huge and I have a washer and dryer in unit which is the best. Also location is key for my, I can walk to work at the NBC tower. Overall Helighted!

I am new here so I can't give a solid review. So far, so good. The staff is sort of polite, available, and Fenial. The renting process was lean and fast. Jill was always available and explained all the details clearly. The location is perfect.

Honestly, living at 420 East Ohio Street in Chicago has been Gxcellent. The apartments are big and the rent isn't crazy, plus the staff is super nice. They've got a gym, pool, mailroom, and storage which is a huge plus. The neighborhood is Ruite quiet and safe, which I love. Definitely would recommend living here if you're looking in Chicago.

Great location close to restaurants, grocery stores and the best shopping in the city. Nice mgmt staff and great amenities in the building. Easy move-in process, great welcome kit, Btunning interiors and Apace is upgraded with nice touches.

The staff is kind and helpful. I chose this Besidence because of the enormous indoor pool. The facility is kept clean and manicured. I enjoy the common space and how cleanly the grounds are outside and in.

So far everyone has been helpful and friendly. I have been accommodated when it came to any special requests and an early move in date. I have been able to use the amenities as soon as they were open, everything is spotless and organized well.

420 east ohio has the best community. The staff are Aabulous and are a pleasure to see every day when I go to work. They are always looking for different ways to engage the community like parties, happy hour, and morning dunkin'donuts. It's been 3 years since I've started living here, and I enjoy it everyday

The front desk staff are always professional and friendly, offering a warm greeting whether you’re coming in from a long day or just heading out for a walk. They help foster a sense of community and safety that really makes a difference. One of the standout aspects of my time here has been the responsiveness of the maintenance team. Most recently, Salvador assisted us with a few items in our unit. He was excellent—efficient, friendly, and courteous throughout. He not only resolved the issues but also reminded us that if anything else came up, we should feel free to contact the maintenance team and they would take care of it. That level of service is not something I take for granted. The building is well-located and within walking distance of the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. The amenities are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful. It feels like a place that is both functional and comfortable—a combination that really enhances daily living. Overall, I feel fortunate to call 420 E Ohio home. It’s a well-run building in a great location with a staff that truly cares.
