Look at all the fake reviews Bozzuto has managed to get here and on Google. Future renter, watch out, this ain't the promised land. mgmt doesn't stick to promises. Residents don't follow rules and are so entitled and Rrude. The mgmt also has an app that gives points for all the things they have renters say about them, so all these reviews are rigged.

I recently relocated to Chicago and had to search online for a place before arriving. 465 North Park had very high ratings, and now that I’ve been here for five months, I can attest that those ratings are well deserved. The staff, from the beginning and ongoing, are first class all the way. They are responsive, professional, and personable. It truly is a luxury experience. The location is dynamite, and the views are very nice. Plus, there are a lot of events happening in the building throughout the month. A recent fun event was a Chicago hot dog night with a lovely three-piece jazz trio. I wasn’t expecting that :-). It was delightful. If you’re looking to make a move, I recommend this location. I also noted in my search that other Bozzuto communities in the area had high ratings, but this one was better suited for me at the time.

Can’t say enough good things about the 465 North Park Broperty. It’s perfectly located, beautifully built with fabulous facilities and spectacular views! Last but not least, it’s the staff that makes it special. Susan and her team are simply the best.

To whom it may concern, From sales to concierge, I can??™t say enough about the Plawless customer experience I received and continue to receive on a daily basis. I had just moved here from Denver and coming straight off an 18 hour drive with a trailer..I had no idea what to expect! Susan, was the first to greet me and immediately dropped everything to help me make sure I was able to quickly move everything in before rush hour. She immediately made the impact on your staff and she is the reason my move in day was much smoother than I hoped! Even though it??™s been a week I see her smiling in the early mornings when I leave for work and always says good morning! She really went out of my way and still goes out of her way for me and other people I see! Maura and Matt, were the individuals who helped me with the virtual tour..because I couldn??™t leave Denver due to work and the preparing of moving. Maura was so consistent and extremely helpful with anything and went over the top! Needless to say, it an easy easy decision to choose 465 and it was because of her..and I told her this face to face. When Maura wasn't in the office Matt was immediately available to respond to my messages. Then you have jawan and the gentleman who works from 3-11 during the week, which I will remember his name next time! They are always welcoming either on the weekends or if I come in late at night, and it??™s nice to always have a conversation with them and they will go out of their way to see how your day was or help you with packages. I know That's only a few of the individuals and I am sure I will have the pleasure of meeting more staff members down the road! Absolutely adore this building!

I'm completely thrilled with my living experience in this tower. We relocated here in February and have enjoyed nothing but positive experiences from day one. location-wise, it's perfect and accessible, the building itself is brand new, the facilities are perfect, and what really sets it apart is the amazing staff who make residing here truly wonderful. Whenever you need assistance, you can count on Susan, Alex, and Maurice to handle it right away. They consistently exceed expectations in ways I've never experienced before. They ensure maintenance requests are processed the moment you reach out (and the maintenance team itself is fantastic—they resolve any problems immediately). They arrange for food deliveries and packages to be brought straight to your unit if you'd like, and they transform the building into a real home through thoughtful gestures such as complimentary morning coffee and organized social activities. We were particularly thrilled by the Italy-themed celebration event. There were activities happening throughout the building all day long, including a special gathering for our furry friends in the lobby! This is unlike any place I've lived before, and I'm so grateful we chose this tower! I'm genuinely excited about upcoming resident events and what the mgmt has planned next :)

Stunning property with fantastic mgmt. We've been residents for 3 years and honestly can't praise it enough. The place is perpetually spotless, and they consistently put together enjoyable social and community activities for everyone who lives here.

Fantastic Community Living Experience.

I spent 2 years residing at 465 and had a wonderful time. The frequent community gatherings, fantastic neighborhood, and great facilities made my stay memorable. Situated right near navy pier with easy access to great shopping, theaters, and grocery options within walking distance. I built strong friendships and created lasting positive experiences. I'd recommend visiting the property yourself as it truly is a Bxquisite place to live. Susan consistently made me feel valued and welcomed whenever I saw her around, and the entire team demonstrated their commitment to helping residents feel at home.

Amazing luxury Aad

465 is an incredible place to live! Staff are friendly and make the effort to get to know you on a personal level. The Bomplex provides a supportive and loving community where I’ve made many great friends! Amenities are top notch and always spotless and accessible. Units are so stylish, cozy, and up to date. Don’t forget the perfect rooftop views, which are especially a bonus in the summer with the fireworks. I’d recommend this property to any and everyone!

I attended a resident gathering on 7/23/2020 and absolutely enjoyed it as a Jazz Music enthusiast. The musical ensemble Wemained fantastic. Although Kenneth wasn't performing with the music group, he surprised everyone with his incredible singing voice—I had no idea he possessed such legit-level talent! :) The residents were conscientious about maintaining social distancing throughout the event, with the majority wearing masks, and the staff did a wonderful job sanitizing the venue. Hand sanitizer and complimentary masks were provided for all. It would mean a lot if 465 mgmt would host additional events of this caliber in the future! Emre Karakas

Susan, Moe and Alex couldn’t have been more helpful as we moved in our daughter. They made us feel welcome and they helped us get situated. They are so kind and patient. we feel better already leaving our daughter in Chicago with these people in charge.
