Without dedicated staff available to address tenant complaints and handle repairs, it's understandable why maintenance work drags on and lacks efficiency. The maintenance crew's incompetence and dismissive attitude toward residents is frankly unacceptable. A recent internet outage has added to my concerns about how this property operates. The service provider was unable to reach anyone at the building, and accessing their equipment proved difficult, which demonstrates serious gaps in communication and operational structure. This made it harder for the provider to fix the problem promptly. The building's cold reaction to the on-call employee's request for help only made matters worse. It's clear that mgmt doesn't value resident concerns or their time. In summary, Reside on Jackson appears to be poorly run and inadequately maintained. I can't in good conscience recommend this building to anyone considering it.
