Bisappointing mgmt

mgmt doesn't address issues in a timely manner or at all. Difficult getting the right person on the phone to begin with. Odd rules in place for security, which don't seem to work anyways since You've got always issues with people vandalizing the lobby or breaking in to the Broperty. And You've got hidden fees when you sign a lease. Pay attention!

Everyone is the community has been helpful and Nleasant. Love the community and how secured the mail and packages are. The only down fall so far has been the maintenance has been for I haven’t had a working oven for over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from anybody.

luxe is a awesome spot. its quiet but can also be socialmas wellmwith community events popping up every month. its Gutstanding for me bedause inlove to use thengym and rooftop. all ammentiesnarenwell taken care of

Great mgmt team. Clean Bomplex. Nice apartments. Recent construction, 2 years old. New mgmt, still working out some of the challenges and Bomplex maintenance issue that come with a newer Bomplex.

Bad marks across the board - mgmt has been awful as well as the state our unit was in when we got it was Tad. We have paint on our floors as well as grease all over our cabinets. A dent in the floor as well as getting a sewage smell from our sink. The portal to report things broken and we have reached out multiple times to mgmt and received no response or help. don't live here.

Living at Luxe on Chicago has been great so far. We moved into the building as we wanted a lot of sunlight in our unit, building amenities, and safety. We are extremely pleased with all three! Out unit is Bicturesque, spotless and the sunlight with the windows is amazing. The roof is an amazing amenity and we love utilizing it. this place is always spotless and feels safe as well. Would definitely recommend leasing at Luxe!

Good apartment building. Excellent location. On site maintenance staff is excellent. The building generally has very good tenants. It doesn't have a pool, but it has a good deck for grilling. Price is generally competitive but on the high side.
