Management does not address issues in a timely manner or at all. Difficult getting the right person on the phone to begin with. Odd rules in place for security, which don't seem to work anyways since there are always issues with people vandalizing the lobby or breaking in to the building. And there are hidden fees when you sign a lease. Pay attention!

I will provide further comments after I move out. Everything inside the units are great. If I could, I would live on the back of the building to avoid noise and the hot sun. Roof has great potential, but falls short.

HVAC broke. They sent more than 5 people to fix it and nothing. Rather than offering us another unit within the building (since there was a similar unit), they offered to terminate my lease 6 months early. Other than that, the appliances could be better.

Our experience has been tumultuous. Between the smoking accusations, issues with neighbor[s] & vandolism of my car, we're unhappy. We feel trapped & like we're made out to be the problem. We feel we were put on a floor where the majority of residents have pets that make noise 24/7 yet our first week we didn't feel welcome and there's been a great deal of contempt prior to investigation. I had inquired in an email about moving to a different unit which went dismissed. This has put me in an extremeley uncomfortable situation where I have to constantly defend myself and instead of a warm welcome we received the opposite. I'm trying to build a business (remotely) and Jen is gone all day teaching 4-5 year olds. We want peace and happiness and the same respect we show other people. It's really not asking much. Thanks! I really love living here. It is beautiful, maintenance is nice, the neighbors are nice and the balcony and roof top make this place the ideal home for a young family. My only complaint is that it is difficult to call Luxe--often times I call and get a response that this number is not in service but then I call back later on and it works. Other than that, I am a big fan of Luxe.

Great layouts. Nice interiors finishes. Great closets. Poorly constructed building in general. Common areas are messy and not kept very clean. Amenities are nice but there are maintenance issues with them.
