“Throughout our apartment search, application process, move in and after, North + Vine has been such a welcoming place. It’s been such a great experience being here and the building is amazing. The amenities are great and it’s absolutely beautiful here. The staff is incredible, especially Beverly. She ROCKS! She is always so energetic and excited every time she sees us, and truly helps us in any way she can. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!”

“My fiancé and I recently moved in and we have been blown away by the level of care and commitment from everyone at North + Vine. Beverly, Allison, and everyone else in the leasing office truly care about all residents concerns, safety and happiness. Yousef and all the other maintenance staff are incredible as well. They even keep treats on them for all the resident dogs that they run into! The whole concierge staff is friendly and welcoming to everyone they meet. The building is truly luxurious but feels homey at the same time. Being close to the red line stop, several bus stops and a quick walk to North Ave beach makes it a really prime location.”
