“don't MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CONSISTENTLY PAY EXTRA FEES THEY FEEL LIKE CHARGING ONTO YOUR ACCOUNT. Absolutely the worst mgmt team on the face of planet Earth. They will consistently try to tack charges onto your account thinking that you either won't be able to prove otherwise or won't want to deal with the hassle associated with fighting those charges (and I'm not making this up, see photos for proof - I provided proof of two separate accounts). I have no counted 5 falsified charges onto my account. I just moved because I have had it up to here with them after this last one. They just emailed me that AFTER I moved out they noticed water damages to my Apace. They filled out a form, DID NOT DATE THE FORM, and are not even welcoming a theory that perhaps there was water damage on the building's own account. I have treated the Apace like it was a home I owned, I am spotless and organized, and it's truly so horrific to see a $595 charge for something I did not do. sadly I've already moved out of the Apace so I can't even get access to camera footage to be able to defend myself this time and they threatened to sell the bill to collections unless I pay it. They love adding threats with their bogus charges. If you want to see institutional proof, just check out the Better Business Bureau's website of the mgmt company for this building, it's called RMK mgmt - they have a 1.29/5 stars because of how horrendous they treat residents. I will also be filing my own complaint with the BBB. 6”
