Sasha from the back office has been super helpful and accommodating in any and every questions and/or want, asks, needs, etc. Kyra is very kinda and is willing to assist in anything the residents need. Lanette works in maintenance and is very good at responding to requests whenever requested. There have been several occasions where she went out of her way to fix and resolve maintenance-related items while also working overtime. Overall, The Westerly is a great community and the staff make it better!”
