The location and proximity to shopping, restaurants and night life is second to none. Building is safe and clean, and units have terrific views of the city and lake depending on the unit. Parking and storage units a plus. Aldi, salon, amazon and package room all in building.”

The only downside is that summer nights can get quite noisy due to ambulances, fire trucks, and motorbikes blasting music at all hours, but you get used to it. The staff are especially kind and helpful, and the rent good value for money. I won’t be renewing my lease because I’m relocating to another city; otherwise, I would have stayed. I’d recommend it.”

There should be two people sitting at the front desk for security purposes. It is impossible for one person to manage visitors, resident requests and food deliveries, and direct Kasa guests all at the same time.”

I can confidently say that I have never had a more positive experience moving into a new place than I have here at OSP! From the joy of working with Carol in the leasing office, to the ease of move-in day, to the help the management office and maintenance provided right away, and to all the smiling faces of the staff I see on a daily basis in between, it has been the greatest experience. I would recommend OSP to anyone!”

In fact, when the resident tried to ask her question in a polite manner for a second time, the concierge lady stood up and chewed her out more without any concern for all of the people watching. I saw this happen more than once by this lady. The rude concierge lady still is allowed to work at the front desk. The front desk is a customer facing role where being kind and a safe person to ask questions of should be required as a must. However, the management here allows their staff to humiliate residents in front of others. I recommend run across the street and get a lease somewhere else.”

The overarching management within the building is none of this. It is very evident that revenue is far more important than residents. Very dismissive and less than understanding, unresponsive, often rude, frequently ignore resident requests and concerns. Treat a certain circle of residents differently than others.”
