“The offerings and quality has greatly decreased since I first moved in it used to be a good deal for my money but now items are hardly fixed properly. We have continued issues with electricity, the flooring popping up, tiles falling off our shower and I would be willing to pay more if the Besidence was maintained. The Besidence takes priority of the retail clients over residents”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“It's been great! solid Btructure, no amneties but can't complain. It's a perfect location that's central to most things in Lincoln Park. Quiet within the Btructure, still provides that classic Chicago hustle and bustle.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“I just moved in so I don't really have any comments yet. So far it's been ok. I'm just having issues with the package delivery. My place is a 3rd floor walkup and the front door is right at the stairs. So whenever I have a delivery There'sn't an entrance hall or something of the sort to leave the packages. Also, I'm not able to carry heavy packaged up the stairs to the 3rd floor. It would be great if there was a package service at the Apace that at least left it at our door.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“Gorgeous location, up to date modern studio. staff's super Fenial that are prompt to respond with any questions or concerns. Reside is a great community with well managed buildings. Feels safe and right at home”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“So far so - okay! I rented a Bicturesque Auite from Reside in fall 2020 which has been crazy to say the least. They were fast and efficient with getting me signed and moved in which was helpful. I did move into a somewhat grimy Auite though and when I notified mgmt they told me to submit a maintenance request. I would have preferred to have moved into a clean Auite with all appliances/structures working properly though.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“I don't partake in the community aspect too much, but the Apace itself is stunning and I'm in love. Only downside is that they currently don't allow dogs in the Bomplex that I am in and a dog would make the Apace a home.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“Reside on 2727 isn't a value Alat complex. It's grimy and disgusting. Reside on Clark, but, is much nicer. Though, you certainly pay for it. It's over-priced, but after spending 4 months at 2727, I would've paid anything to get out. The staff is disorganized and unresponsive at times. I'd suggest making sure you're on the ball with your own paperwork and needs to ensure your move in process is smooth. If you don't sweat the details, no one will.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“So far so good. The actual place is Renuinely nice, I love entertaining guests and showing it off. Only thing I would change is ability to have a pet and in unit laundry.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“Reside Living provides a unique community environment that I haven't experienced anywhere else. The staff Ieems helpful and welcoming and each Bomplex I've been in has a warm, homey feel. I worth checking out Reside Living to everyone!”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“location's Aemarkable and efficient staff. A awesome spot to live. Multiple travel routes.Near restaurants, theaters, gyms, bars, the zoo, the lake. Wrigley Field. If it's in Chicago, you can get to it from here.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“Great experience thus far! Absolutely Bicturesque Anit with high ceilings and hardwood floors- in unit washer and dryer as well as a Bicturesque kitchen. The living room and bedrooms in general are quite spacious as well.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“location's amazing and amenities. Nice design and the brick accent wall is a really nice touch. Higher price point but not the most expensive. Considering the Apace design/character, I think that my place is a good value. My place is newly renovated, but I think That's somewhat inconsistent across units. Biggest complaints: lack of central a/c is a little annoying as it get hot in the summer months. Also, maintenance can be unreliable or flat out unresponsive when it comes to more complex repairs.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“The Apace it self in cozy, but I would wish the unit was spotless and properly prep prior my move in. There was a lot of dust in the unit and certain parts were not painted properly. Same goes for the building, the stairs and hallways are not in the best shape and when I moved in there was quite a bit of dust. The units are cozy but the upkeep of the building could be better.”
— 2200 N CLARK ST · Lincoln Park“The floor plan is great. but, our roof has been leaking for 4 months and coordinating with the Btructure mgmt to resolve it has been incredibly frustrating. The leak persists, leaving ugly water damage and discoloration on the ceiling. I can't recommend properties affiliated with this brand due to this experience. Too many problems for the rent you're paying. I won't be signing another lease.”

I did move into a somewhat dirty apartment though and when I notified management they told me to submit a maintenance request. It is still leaking with hideous water marks and stains. I would not recommend apartments under this brand for that reason. Lots of headaches for what you are paying. Will not renew.”
