“I have lived here over 10 years in the same studio. A private owner had the building but has sold it and it being managed by the habitat company. And only accept people that are on c h a wait list. The building has lots of Plumbing problems. Although these issues we're here to begin with before habitat company took over. Things are slow at getting taken care of but because of the plumbing issues There's mold issues as well. I would say that they do their best they can. But again it takes a slow process before getting anything done. I would say they don't take the root cause of the issues to fix but put a bandaid on it. There's 24-hour maintenance which at times it's helpful but not always resourceful.”
