The 6th floor amenity floor is awesome - fitness room has a bunch of machines and weights (up to 100 lb!), coworking room is great, and the pool deck is a blast! On a summer weekend day, the 808 pool deck is my favorite place to hang out in Chicago, no kidding. The cleaning company they hired several months back has been amazing. The amenities, the building, the hallways they do a really detailed job. And I had to shout out Naem and Marshown (prob spelling their names wrong) who manage the front desk 24/7 every day. Those guys always have a smile on their face, always welcoming, and at the same time walking the building to ensure safety. The apartment itself is fantastic. Clean, simple finishes, spacious, and comfortable. But really my favorite part is the community here. Lot of people from out-of-the country (because of the coliving), young people, and people that like to have fun but at the same time respectful, get school / work done. We're on our 3rd lease here and don't see ourselves moving out anytime soon. Thanks Brad, Jarv, Becca, Alan and the maintenance staff Bill and Alex for being great building staff. You all make it a pleasure to live here.”
